We just can't say enough good things about this hotel. The staff is truly exceptional and the facilities are first rate. It's amazing how intimate and cozy the hotel is. The food is delicious. The location is wonderful. We will definitely stay there again.

We had the opportunity to stay at The Bloomsbury for about a week. We came for the coveted Harry Potter play. The hotel is in the ideal location for anything theater related and close to the underground or bus stop. Hotel location is tricky to decide on because it all depends on what you are wanting to do. Honestly, as long as you are close to the tube or bus stop, it really doesn't matter. The hotel is great and the staff is very helpful and friendly. We didn't know what to expect, but we are glad that we had such a comfortable stay. Ivan, who works concierge, was also very helpful. From day one, he went above and beyond with helping us with anything. The rooms are smaller, but it was perfectly comfortable for two people and four varying sizes of luggage.

Bad staff not helpful nasty hotel dirty does not refill rooms

Excellent terrace dining. Very nice setting and friendly service.

I picked this hotel because of the location and I was not disappointed. The building is beautiful and close to everything. If you enjoy walking this is definitely a great place to explore the city without using transportation. The room was small as expected but beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. The staff is amazing, particularly Andres and Abel. They were very helpful and gave me tips about the area and the city of London. I had such great experience I am already planning my next visit.

The room we stayed in was pretty tiny. Enough room for a bed and a dresser and not much room for anything else. They kept referring to me as mr. in written notices, that was really annoying. The Wi-Fi was horrid, it would go in and out or it would not be strong enough. Good location though.

Really good but wish it was cheaper and came with better deals. We visit the UK quite often do it would be nice to get better deals on this hotel so we can stay here again.

Wonderful hotel, very clean and rooms are fantastic. comfortable beds, lots of attention to detail, staff very helpful and courteous, beautiful hotel as well

Great location, walking distance to many sites, easy public transportation. Staff helpful and housekeeping very good.

Great location, 2 mins to underground tubes. two blocks away from Oxford street, 10 walk to Topshop and major shopping area. Friendly staffs, clean room but a bit small, no space to put my suitcase.

Great location. So close to British Museum, Cartoon Museum, Sir John Soane House, Russell Square. Excellent breakfast. Fun bar. Nice & helpful staff. Interesting history.

My partner and I stayed three nights at the Bloomsbury Hotel in December 2014. We were immediately greeted with an offer of mulled wine while we checked in (good start). Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was kept clean and water bottles/snacks were refreshed each day. WiFi was always reliable. The location was excellent for us. We loved the proximity to Covent Garden cafés and it was a quick/easy to walk to hop on the tube. Also a minute down the block from the British Museum. All in all a great, comfortable stay. We would certainly consider staying here again in the future!

A good hotel, rooms tidy, with amenities, food excellent, they respected a 20 discount on food and beverages, Staff and Concierge very helpful, with other options just two o three blocks away, you can easily walk to Soho and other attractions, with various bus stops around. Subway closed for renovation till December 2015

The hotel was in a perfect location. Although I arrived 5 hours before check-in, the staff was able to get me in my room within an hour and served me complimetary tea while I waited. There were charges placed on my room by the cleaning staff that were incorrect, but this was promptly removed when I disputed the charges. The hotel is clean, comfortable and the room I stayed in (deluxe queen) had plenty of room. I would highly recommend this hotel to others!

This was our first trip to London and my husband and I enjoyed the hotel very much. Great location to transportation and within walking distance of the British Museum and even downtown. Staff was fantastic and the rooms were very lovely and clean.

The housekeeping was terrible. The heat kept turning off. My room was freezing every morning.

We went for my graduation in London. Convenient and beautiful location about 2 blocks from the British Museum. Easy walking and transit. Room was clean and comfortable, hotel itself is historic and beautiful in its own right. Staff was excellent. Will stay again for sure!

Great location, lovely staff, beautiful room, Nespresso pods and nice toiletries!

We had a nice stay at this place. Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed and good showers. The rooms are quiet but the place is centrally located (subway around one corner, British museum around the other, walking distance to Soho and Covent Garden) - I don't expect more from a hotel when I am away for a weekend in an other city. The nespresso machines in the rooms are a nice ad-on and the breakfast is very tasty as well - we had it once because there are so many other options around. We did not have dinner there for the same reason, but would have definitly considered if we had stayed longer. I can and will recommend this place and it will be my go to place when in London.
