The private rooms have a comfortable bed, private bathroom, desk and study space, and ample storage space for all your belongings. The accommodation also has a fully-furnished kitchen and a living area where you can watch TV with your flatmates. Enjoy a game of pool with other residents in the common room. Spend some time in the outdoor courtyard when the weather is pleasant outside and chat with other residents. To make your chores easier to handle, the accommodation also offers an onsite laundry.

Ideally located within walking distance of the bustling city centre of London, The Property is a contemporary accommodation just a walking distance from the city’s top universities. City, University of London is just a 20-minutes’ walk away from the residence so the students can cut down on their travel time. On the other hand, University College London takes only 25-minutes to reach by tube.
