Short stay in London, perfect location. The staff at this hotel are amazing!

We really enjoyed our stay in general. Everything from hotel , location , cleanliness , food was really , really great ! Great staff ... Comfy beds and pillows as well ....

I think the hotel was fantastic. The staff was friendly and didn't make you stand around to be serviced. All -in-all a very pleasant stay.

Overall pretty well with the exception of a clogged bathtub and sink drain. Reported problem two days in a row but no luck. Hotel location very convenient to most tourist attractions.

I needed an extension cord and the staff readily found one for me. The staff were courteous and friendly. Great location.

Nice hotel near the Globe and convenient to the Tower of London.

Everything was nice but I told staff for wake up call and nobody did

We stayed in this Hotel for the first few days of our vacation (before going to other locations); the location was close to a number of public transportation spots as well as a 8-10 minute walk to London Bridge Train Station. After a fast and easy check-in the staff was extremely helpful in laying out directions to see some sites quickly by walking and pointing out some of the less expensive tour choices. The room itself was quite modern and had plenty of outlets for power and USB connections (we have a lot of devices to charge daily for a family of 4). The breakfast buffet (which we added to our reservation) was quite hearty and the kitchen/restaurant staff was very helpful as we needed to catch our tour bus prior to the official start of breakfast and they actually packed food for us to take with us!!! I loved this hotel and I hope that others find this review help to their decision making process.

Nice hotel. Good location. We really liked the hotel but the staff could have been friendlier and more helpful.

The room was what any business traveler needs - a clean, comfortable place that's close to transportation and food options. But, don't expect a warm welcome from the staff. I went down after check-in to ask advice of the concierge on a few recommendations (cafes, restaurants, etc.). First off, she acted as though I was bothering her. Secondly, she looked at me like I was crazy when I asked about non-chain cafes in the area, and told me there were none... there were, of course. And third, she seemed very annoyed that I didn't already know the Underground system inside and out. Not the kind of service I would expect. I was very pleasant toward her she could have at least given me the same in return. The hotel itself was fine, and I would still reco to friends with the above disclaimer.

Bathroom split between toilet and sink. there was some confusion about internet availability and breakfast. If you stay for more than one day it is easier to subscribe Orange internet for 30 days, which is cheaper than the one offered by the hotel along with the TV. Staff does not clearly tell these things.

nice buffet breakfast. Room was too small.

this is a very nice, modern and clean hotel just south of the river. close to several different underground stops, it's a great place to stay for those looking for a modern london holiday

This hotel was in the downtown area so not much happening at night. Transportation in London is great so don't let the location stop you from staying there.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and made our stay quite enjoyable. However, despite their cleanliness, we found the room configuration a bit small and awkward. We would not recommend trying to fit 3 adults in a room with sofa-bed -- although those rooms could likely sleep 2 adults and 2 kids quite comfortably. The hotel's central location made it ideal for a walking visit over to the Globe Theatre on the Thames's South Bank. Plus it's within a 10-minute walk from the London Bridge tube station. For those traveling from Gatwick or Heathrow to London Bridge TRAIN station, a taxi to the hotel would work better if you're carrying lots of bags.

very nice hotel especially for the price
