From Desk was inattentive. Restaurant service was worse than that.

Generally ok. Better than the other room I stayed at nearby, but twice the price. The toilet has an unusual flush mechanism, which required me to pump on it multiple times to get things to flush; sometimes five minutes of work on the damn toilet. The floor in the room had several stains on the carpet. The adapter for US power plugs only worked when I forced it.

The size of the room is not big but staff service is very friendly. Unfortunately the lift did not work during our stay.

A very central hotel, clean rooms and a little old-fashioned, very courteous and helpful staff at every request

Nice hotel, everything is updated. We stayed here on and off over 10 days (left for side trip to Bath and Venice). The first room was on the smaller size but expected in that part of London. The rest of the rooms we stayed in were good sized. Hotel is fully updated. The staff was very friendly and helpful, a little slow checking in and checking out but not unbearable. Excellent value for the location. I would stay there again.

Worse than expected given the price and comparable hotels in the area

What a great hotel and in a great location. So close to British Museum and restaurants/shops. Felt very safe in neighborhood at night. Close to Underground.

We had great time in London. People were friendly and helpful just about anywhere we went. This hotel is in prime location near metro, shopping restaurants etc. You can't go wrong. The staff were superb, knowledgeable and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel will stay again if we go back to London.

Great spot to settle. You are near the subway and not a far walk from a very active shopping area. it was great!!!

Covent garden location exceptional. Lots of restaurants, pubs, cafés around. Staff friendly. Elevator a little slow. Room very small but clean, modern and comfortable, good wifi - everything you need. Will consider staying again.

Comfortable accommodations in a great central location. Don't plan on an early check in like we did after our over-night flight. The hotel is usually full and we couldn't get in before 2 PM. Rooms are very clean with standard amenities. The "queen" bed was two twins pushed together with the uncomfortable gap in between. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very conveniently located for Bloomsbury, Covent Garden, Oxford Street, etc. It's modern with inspired decor and the main areas (lobby, dining area) are very appealing. My room was very clean (especially the bathroom) but was rather small - I was staying in a single, and the carpet had marks on it. I found the staff very friendly, although they did charge me for the room even though I told them that I had prepaid for the room. I've since had to arrange for a refund, which was hassle that I didn't need. The hotel was fine, but I won't be staying there again.

A very cozy hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The two restaurant located in the hotel were fantastic. The location was central to all the places I was interested in visiting. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting London.

Nice hotel in Bedford Square. Room was small, typical for London, warm and clean. I got a great rate through and feel that I got good value for the price paid. I was out all day at museums and attractions and only used room as a place to sleep. Hotel is walking distance to most London theatres and attractions. Hotel dining room over priced for Breakfast. Better food options nearby. Bed was soft for my liking and I had a few problems with TV. The staff helped me out with a phone charger that they lent me for free. I would return if the price was right.
