The location is incredible. The hosts were wonderful, and the breakfast in the morning was delicious!

I was very pleased with the service I received from Mark. He was most welcoming and helpful. I didn’t like the amount of stairs there were to climb but very much appreciated Mark’ help in carrying the luggage up and down. The beds were too low for comfort in getting in and out of them. It would have helped to have a chair in the room. The bathroom area is very small and presents difficulty in using it. I realize that this is an old house and I was very happy with the cleanliness of the room and the centrality of the location.

The gentleman who own this hotel were absolutely wonderful. They went above and beyond to help with anything I needed and they made the stay great. This little hotel is in an amazing location and while the rooms are small, they are clean, cozy, and quiet. I was so impressed and will absolutely stay here again anytime I am in London!

I read the reviews about how small the rooms were, but to see it is to believe it - they are sooo small! The bathroom is smaller than most camper trailer bathrooms. We have never felt so cramped. The location was amazing - very close to the train station and bus station (Victoria stop -- this area is recommended on the Rick Steves forums). The two brothers were very nice and helpful with suggestions regarding how to begin our visit to their amazing city. Because our room was on the first floor, in the morning, we felt like we were eavesdropping on their conversations. We heard more than we needed to hear! Our room was not upstairs, but be aware that there is no elevator/lift. However, the brothers are very willing to take your luggage up. Breakfast was a choice of poached or scrambled eggs, bacon (ham),/sausage, beans, coffee/tea, cereal, toast and fruit. Would I stay here again? I would probably venture to another place.

Great location and wonderful host. Easy walk to everything we wanted to do in London. We really enjoyed the little terrace out back after a long day of exploring.

Staff was very helpful, location is great and convenient to Victoria station trains

Relaxed, satisfying breakfast with owners Mark and Simon to start the day, along with pleasant chat and banter if you like, to help get oriented and plan your day. Quaint, welcoming, and casual atmosphere in the bed and breakfast, and ideal location in the surrounding community. Restaurants, pubs, grocery store, coffee shop, transportation all right there. A very enjoyable stay. We will definitely stay there again!

Great location to move about London. Room was very small, but we were there to see London so it didn’t really matter that much.

This place is amazing. Super central and in a fantastic neighborhood. Nice and quite even though so close to Victoria Station. The staff really make the place. Feels like you are home and you dad is serving up breakfast. This is my new fo to spot when in London.

Hello Thank you for taking time to write review. I can not but agree that our rooms are small especially those with a double bed ,;also that the showers are tight .if we could we would put larger units in ,but we are limited by space . please note the building is almost 200 years old [built in 1825] All the best Mark
