There was nothing good about this hotel was told I book a double bed and when we check inn they don’t have double bed and everyone was told the couldn’t stay and was left with no where to stay room was the size a coat closet no where to store clothes or luggage I’m requesting a refund

Single bedroom insanely small!. They probably turned a closet into an extra room. No natural light, no space for luggage and the closet was a joke. Unless you're a Harry Potter fan looking to stay at a cupboard. They even charge you for water.

Value for money. Location is fantastic. Building is very clean. Rooms weren't ready on time for guests check-in but the staff were too nice for too many people to get mad at them.Stayed in room 205, which is right near elevator and very noisy.

Selected it because it was good price (for last minute reservation), and within walking distance of Paddington. Check in was a bit protracted, but got upgraded to a bigger room, and it was very clean, very well set up. Location was good.

In central London. Very close to Tube and Paddington stations. Clean room. However very narrow space.

small but nice and clean and good value for the money

The room was small. One could not open two suitcases at once. The shower was the smallest I have ever seen or ever will see. The room is in the basement. That being said, it was clean, nicely located and the staff was friendly and competent.

The room was too little. We don't have enough space to put our luggage. Also the bed was too little. It was not an ordinary double bed. A the end of the stay a "new" employee want to add me 20 pounds more of my prepaid stay.

We stayed one night at this hotel. The room was comfortable and close to the Bayswater Underground station. It's walking distance to the Portobello Market and other Notting Hill locations, as well as Hyde Park.

The hotel is good located, 10 mins walk to Bayswater tube station. The staff was friendly. The room is too small but very clean.

The room was so small that i could barely move even if my luggage was small. İf i had a revilar luggage, i literally would have to jump over it to access to the door. However the staff was nice, helpful and ok. Also the position of the ac is kust above my head. Too hot closed, too cold when opened. But tue location is ok either.

The room was too small. We had to take turns to walk within the room. They didn't clean the room the first day. We asked for clean towels and they brought just the small ones and not the bath towels. There was a spanish bell boy who was very nice and friendly.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room a little small, but very clean and comfortable. Located in the heart of everything. Walking distance to Tube which was great. Will definitely use again when visiting London.

I was shocked by the small size of the hotel room. Basically could fit one king bed and a foot around it. That too in a basement. I requested a another room and was offered one on the first floor with windows. Phew. Else, for three nights I would have suffocated. The actual facilities were nice (bathroom, bedding, TV, Internet etc.) and the staff was courteous.
