Newly renovated rooms that look awesome and very clean!! I would highly recommend this hotel!!

About to start renovation, not bad for the price. Carpets a bit threadbare

Hotel is old and tired. It seemed more like a 2.5-3 star hotel than the alleged 4 star rating it had. I would not stay there again.

Great except not on Hotel Hopper route for T4. Service excellent and lovely staff.

The property looks very nice, and the staff was exceptionally helpful. The first room to which I was assigned was quite cold, and I couldn't get the thermostat on the wall to work. The staff at the front desk said there was an equipment malfunction, so they changed my room. The temperature in the second room was higher, but the room was still cool. Again I couldn't get the wall thermostat to respond. However, the staff at the front desk was able to make changes and the heat came on. The water in the shower never warmed up adequately. I didn't have time to complain, so I took a quick, very bracing shower.

Great location and the staff were very helpful. The room and bed were comfortable without being luxurious. Excellent shower but one tiny soap for two people was a disappointment. The room was in need of some TLC if not renovation. Fist-sized hole in the bathroom door, patchily repaired, made one wonder what else was being swept inder the carpet. Speaking of the carpet, there was a large rip in it beside the bed with no apparent attempt at repair. On the plus side, the restaurant/bar area is pleasant and the breakfast was excellent. Overall, I probably wouldn’t stay here again until some upgrading was done.

Front desk people were very friendly, bar restaurant people were awesome!

All the Staff and accommodations were outstanding. Food in the restaurant was also great. Very close to the airport so we were able to take our time and were not rushed.

Very conveniently located hotel with comfortable room and friendly, professional and honest staff.

The hotel is located at a residential area. Not a convenient location if you would prefer to have easy access to stores and restaurants. The only USB port in the room is in the back of the TV. Be prepared that this hotel does not provide power adapters, which can be an issue if you travel from America or Asia. Unlike most other hotels in the U.K., you will not find slippers in this hotel.

Nice place to stay for a short trip to the airport.

Had to go Through 5 closed firewall doors to get to room With no help with the luggage. Finally had to go to The front desk to find help No help either outside when the taxi dropped us off

I'm very sorry to see that we were unable to meet your expectations on this occasion, this is of course highly disappointing and far from the levels of service we wish to provide for our guests.
