Great location Attendive staff Rooms can use some improvements

Great location, walking distance from tube and many atractions. Club level rooms are big but no luxury. Dark, old bathroom, no drawers. Breakfast good enough, you get all day sodas and snacks what's very convenient

In my first room, the shower didn't work. I called the front desk for help, and the engineer said the whole thing needed to be taken apart and new parts installed. Apologies offered, accepted, and I was moved to a new room. That evening, I woke up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. Like ALL fifty plus year old guys. I was barefoot, and as I stepped on to a floorboard it popped up and out. Chain effect took three others out as well. Since it was 1am, and the floor was a rather simple tongue and groove, I put it back together myself. I was tired and that was a quicker option. I told the front desk of the newest issue in the morning. They offered to fix it, but I said I'd rather wait until I leave. Wood glue, which might have been needed, can be smelly and messy. I knew the danger now and how to avoid it. Like a restaurant that comps desert or a drink when something goes wrong, the hotel should have done something akin to that. They did not, which in my opinion was a mistake on their part. Yet I would certainly stay again. The location is ideal. Dare I say perfect. And that makes up for a lot.

Breakfast, pool very good.. Helpful staff.. Excellent location

Excellent hotel in the heart of the city and everything was Gr8.

It is really great to stay in a top notch hotel at a wonderful and very convenient location. In my opinion, Piccadilly Circus is the hub of London that is yet very safe and walkable, yet if you want to access the other major areas of London from the theater district to Buckingham palace, it is a short Tube or cab ride away. Le Meridien is the perfect hotel in the perfect location and still a great value for your $.

Used to have tea room in lobby and traditional furniture in rooms. Still has great staff, particularly Monica at front desk. Now a business, convention, and group travel hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of London. It is walking distance to Hyde Park and The British Museum. Great food nearby. The staff, especially Drew, was very helpful with all requested needs.

We came from a hotel in the city where we needed to be for business- what an upgrade!! The room was spacious and comfortable, the location great and the club floor upgrade was well worth the money

room service was excellent. Front desk at check out was great . Check in was less than welcoming. The concierge was was less than helpful and not at all forthcoming with assistance we received better information on the Street . Several members of the staff caused us to feel as if we were a bother to them instead of the paying guests at a five star hotel. The doorman was rarely at the door and more often speaking with other staff members.I would not rebook nor would I recommend this hotel to travelers looking for 5star

I had a wonderful experience staying at Le Meridien Piccadilly. The employees were excellent, the rooms were very clean and spacious. I will definitely stay at Le Meridien Piccadilly in London again!

The staff at Le Meridian Piccadilly were extremely professional, friendly and helpful from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. It seemed that all they wanted to do was to make my stay there as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. And they did. This was my first time in London and the location couldn't have been better or more convenient for walking tours or underground use. I highly recommend Le Meridian Piccadilly. I will be back!

hotel is nice and in a great location, but they failed to give me free internet even though I am gold status at Starwood. Instead, they insisted that I pay over $30 a day for Internet. In addition, they gave me a "free drink" coupon. However, the fine print said the limit was $5 and there was not a single thing on the drink menu for less than $5.

The hotel was very nice and very conveniently located in order to easily travel to many of the typical London attractions. The opposite side of Piccadilly Circus from where the hotel is located can be extremely busy and a little rambunctious at night. However, we didn't notice it on the side where the hotel is located. The concierge was helpful, with the exception of one we encountered. The room was small, but I guess typical for London. The beds were extremely comfortable.

Toured. Staff was great, friendly and efficient. Hotel was clean, safe and it was fairly close to evertything.

Nice spacious room but service left something to be desired. Needed to call twice for soap and an additional robe. Ongoing renovations made it a bit congested and unpleasant securing an elevator.

This was a chance for me to see my soul mate for the first time in 12 years. The room was small but incredible. It was right smack in the heart of London, all night long the streets were alive, we just sat at our window most of the night and just enjoyed the city. It was magical.

we liked being so close to the action, without hearing it when in our room. The rooms aren't huge, and the internet use is too expensive, and 2 of the 3 elevators weren't working. other than that, it's a great hotel
