I am a business traveler and needed an early night to be rested for work. The entire corridor was full of partying young people. All night long they were drinking, going back & forth, slamming doors, and being very loud. To their credit the hotel staff tried many times to get control to no avail. Final the threat of police had some effect, but I would never stay here again. Hotel was unable to move me when I requested. Maybe a good hotel for young people!

My husband and I stopped overnight at the HJ on our way to Toronto. The hotel was just off of the hwy. The service was okay. Nothing special. Our room smelt funny and the tiny bar of soap was brittle. No hair conditioner - just shampoo. Thought it should have cost a little less for the quality level of the hotel. We scoped out the continental breakfast, which was included in the cost, and opted to go to Tim Hortons. I would choose another place to sleep next time I make a sleep stop in London.

I came for school reunion but chose to stay at this one instead of their designated hotel which was only 5 minutes away because it gave me great value. Very close to highway exit, Costco, shopping malls and eateries. Staffs were very friendly, continental breakfast was acceptable. I like the in-room coffee maker, fridge and microwave which came in handy. Restaurants are all over the main street Wellington Road.

I stayed for work and found this HoJo to be very affordable. The room was comfortable and quiet. Check in process was smooth. The breakfast that was served was definitely not sustaining for the day - there was no coffee and food selection was disappointing. It is however located within close distance to numerous fast food establishments. The only thing that I was disappointed about was that the front desk was not able to accept mail. When I am travelling, it is difficult sometimes to find a mailbox and I rely on the hotel to mail my envelopes

We stayed here one night on our way home from Stratford. It was a good value near the highway - close to several restaurants, bars and a large mall. The room was large, quiet and included a refrigerator and microwave. The bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have a continental breakfast but there was absolutely no protein to be found.

This was not a good stay for us--hotel room was tiny, bathroom small and not clean, no elevator, breakfast had nothing we would eat, TV had limited stations, lobby smelled... just not a place we would come back to.

great location, just of the buisy highway, not noisy, easy location, nice beds, large room, friendly staff,

The hotel was just perfect. The bed didn't get anymore comfortable, great price, and easy access to the 401

Over all was good. Clean room to stay overnight and contune the trip.

Very clean and up to date. Small bars of soap and one cup of coffee to make in the room. None extra at desk. Highly recommend for a short stay.

Very small room. Tiny bathroom. Heat / AC didn't work. Drapes impossible to move. But it was very reasonable and handy to 401 for one night. Would be pretty cramped fr more than one person.Worth the price.

The hotel is located close enough to the freeway for convenience, close to a mall and other shopping, but far from downtown. I stay there every time I go to London. The staff is friendly and helpful, the continental breakfast is adequate, the rooms are clean. The TV, shower/tub, micro, fridge, iron, hair dryer all function great. There are enough lamps in the room. The beds are comfy. I use the exercise room. Could not get better for the price!

Good for what I needed, a place to sleep. Check in and check out was fast. The room was sound proof. My keycard did not work well...annoying. The room and hotel was not as clean as it could be, but not terrible. The breakfast had english muffins with green mould on them.....definetly an appetite turn off. The few negatives would not prevent me from staying again.

This was an old motel remodeled. We were pleasantly surprised and found it had more than we expected. Breakfast was simple but adequate. We enjoyed our stay here and found it very convenient.

The room was cleaner than expected. The tub, sink and shower fixtures were new, even the window was a newer, higher-quality model than most. Heat worked. Check-in was quick. Easy to find, right off the 401. A great value for the $$!

well recieved clean rooms good value would go back

Not the worst place I've stayed at while in London, but nowhere near the best either. Rooms were cleaned decent enough, and I didn't see any bed bugs which are a huge problem in other London hotels right now.

For the price we found this nearly new hotel clean and comfortable, and easy to find, being a very short distance off of 401. The continental breakfast was pretty basic, but okay.

We stayed there for one night while visiting London Children's hospital. The room was very clean and the staff friendly. It was a no frills hotel but it was also pretty cheap price wise. No complaints. I wouldn't pay extra for the breakfast...Not so good!
