We stayed at a one bedroom apartment. The apartment itself was good quality I have to say, other than he fact that it faces into the atrium, no natural light which gets a bit depressing. Then comes the service, we arrived at the hotel at 11am, tired from a 10 hour flight and requested for our apartment a bit early. No leverage at all, we were given the keys sharp at 3. No effort was made to accommodate our request even by a minute. Same thing for the check out. Our flight was at 7.25pm and we requested for a late check out. Again not a minute given. They were stuck on their times. Worldwide every hotel has some leverage, this was just ridiculous. Then comes the basin of the room which was broken from day 1 and had a stench coming from it. 7 complains and nothing was done. For 500 pounds a night this was not worth it. Time to try out airbnb

We had a one bedroom, 2 full/queen beds, the room was wonderful. The service was phenomenal and extremely helpful even when nothing was asked of them. Offering up useful information or the concierge suggesting a restaurant or tour and setting it up for us, since this was our first time in London. The experience was very enjoyable and it was one of the best hotel stays I've ever had. It was a very centralized location, right across from Hyde Park and could navigate the city very easily. I highly recommend staying here!

Hi We recently booked at the above hotel. I was surprised to have been met on the ground floor by the concierge not the reception. I was shocked how rude they were, even though we supplied them with all what they asked for regarding proof of our booking. We travel a lot and we have never seen such outrageous staff. There was no reason for them to be rude and we were all shocked. We have booked and payed for our booking so I do not have the possibility to change my booking now. I am planning to bring it to the management and I hope I will get more than just an apology, I hope they improve the service so we can have pleasant stay.

My girlfriend and I stayed for just one night and almost moved our trip to Paris out another day to enjoy the hotel again. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite with a balcony which was amazing overlooking the park. The staff were very attentive and the service supurb. I will be back!

A quiet hotel just by the Hyde Park. The apartments are perfect for longer stays with a family - the kitchen is well-equipped and there is ample room. The layout of our 2-bedroom apartment was a bit awkward - many long corridors and plenty of running around the kitchen. But that's a minor issue. Everything was super clean and everything worked well. The soundproofing is excellent - you don't get to hear the others. The breakfast is a la carte - not buffet style like so many other hotels these days. Very tasty. Overall an enjoyable stay.

The property is amazing. Very modern. We booked a two bedroom suit. When we arrived it smelled like garlic and onion. Due to an opening door to a connecting suit. I asked for this suit to be changed as quick as possible.! Thet first sent the housekeeping manager with air freshener. I called the front desk extremly angry i said i was very clear we cannot stay in this smelly room that smells because of our neighbors cooking! There was a ventilation problem. So after that the front desk manager came and showed me three different suits to choose from. I loved that she didn't just show me one option . That was very appreciated from our side. You just gained a new loyal customer.

We had an excellent stay at the jumeirah apartments in march . We were there for a week . On our last stay in November '16 , we had a bit of a problem with the porter service . Had complained . This time the hotel staff was superb . They pampered us and all services were great . Glad hotels take feedback seriously and make up for it . That's what makes them apart from ordinary hotels .

i was visiting london in March , and I stayed at grosvenor house by jumeirah , it was an excellent experience, and I'm sure that I will repeat it and of course I recommended it for any one going to london specially the families, their suites was spacious, with great veiw over the hyde park ,with very helpfull staff with great smiles in their faces , the location was amazing as you can the most of attractions by very short walking distance..

Initially a little unhappy with the small sized room, we were moved to a more spacious one. Really well equipped and facilitated suites. Had an issue with the TV late at night. After calling reception, an engineer came within 5 minutes and resolved it. The bathroom was amazing! Thoroughly enjoyable stay

This was a great hotel for a family of 6. The 3 bedroom 3 bath flat was great however the 3rd bedroom was really small and difficult to navigate. The restaurant and breakfast was very slow despite not many diners. The wait staff at the restaurant was slow as well.
