Grange Tower Bridge

The overall experience of staying in this hotel is quite satisfying and very comfortable. It was very much in central to the transportation and other nearby pubs, had great 2 nights stay. The breakfast is quite good and sumptuous and their pool and sauna are really good.

EXERCISE EXTREME CAUTION. This property is owned by Russian Mafia along with 18 other Hotels in the Grange Portfolio in London and turns out to be a HUB for Credit Card Fraud. I have been back home from this property for approximately two months and my bank have just traced a long series of fraudulent credit card transactions on my credit card back to this property. They held my initial security deposit for weeks after checking out aswell as double charging me for my accommodation. When trying to get my security deposit released they wanted me to provide my card number again... AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

We booked here as a package with Matilda included. The hotel is lovely. Staff were very polite and tried to get our 2 rooms next to each other. The room was smart and had a nice bathroom including a great shower. A bath is always a nice touch. Good selection of bathroom smellies to use but after a thorough room search found no 'pillow mist '. Was a tad disappointed really. We didn't use the pool facilities as didn't have time. We upgraded to a full breakfast and was pleased we did. A good selection inc fruit, cereal, ham, cheese etc.but why the tiny croissants etc? What happened to full size? So small struggled to get jam and butter on my micro croissant. Again staff were attentive and it was clean. Check out was quick and we were off back into the big smoke.

Stayed for a couple of nights on the thirteenth floor - great views of the various shaped high-rise buildings that litter the City area (and the Shard across the water). My wife arranged a cake, swans made from towels and upgraded the Continental breakfast to the Full English which was sweet (but see below). Air-con is great, TV okay, bed is huge and the bathroom is well maintained and all works ok. We didn't do the pool this time but last time it was all good. The downer (there usually is something that isn't quite right) was the breakfast. Not a lot of choice (no vegetarian sausages for example), really greasy, fatty bacon, greasy hash browns etc. Weak tea served by the roving staff. We didn't even bother to go down on the second morning even though it was part of the deal. We stayed here the same time last year (I didn't review it for some reason) and that time we did an special order for poach eggs and an omelette that never turned up. Love the hotel, it's in a good location but we are really not impressed with the standard of breakfast.

I stayed for two nights at this hotel very good value for money very clean and quite spacious good choice of breakfast had lovely quiet room with everything I needed the location was good just about 7 minutes from the tube and a short stroll to borough market and the tower of London and the river. would stay here again. I had a swim in the lovely pool as well.

I tried. I tried to find a fault in this hotel but couldn't. It was perfect. Spacious, huge king bed, safe in room, ultra quiet, all amenities top quality and a great location just up from the Tower of London. Full bathroom with separate shower and bath and a full length mirror in shower! I just can't fault this hotel.

we stayed here for my husbands long service awards we stayed 1 night on b&b basis, the hotel was very smart the service was excellent, thestaff were very friendly and helpful,we ate there on the evening we arrived the food was very good, the breakfast the next day was excellent plenty of choice, my only complait was that the plates could have been warmer, as you have to serve yourself and need a warmer plate so that when you get back to the table the food is at a good tempreture

.....Attended this hotel as our workplace long service awards weekend and was blown away by the service and facilities. ...staff extremely professional and pleasant every wish was provided for. ...also very well connected transport wise for anywhere in London. ..all in all extremely satisfied with my stay here will make an effort to return and will definitely recommend to others. ...

Stayed here for a single night. Managed to get an upgrade to a larger room and it was very large with two king size beds. The whole hotel is very fresh and modern. Bathroom was expecially nice and modern. Would definitely go back.

Stayed here on a Sunday night after visiting friends and was very impressed with the whole experience. Certainly good value for money, and all the good things of five star without the stuffiness and theatrical performance! Definitely on my list for a return visit.
