Grange Tower Bridge

Second time staying here, this time for a single night on business. Standard doubles are very nice with small sofa in the room. Gigantic thick curtains give the room a plush feel. The bathroom was lovely with an excellent rainfall shower as well as side shower bits that made it feel great. Complimentary toiletries good standard also. Everything really nice and clean. Would definitely recommend. I have booked using 'Last Minute' both times and got a good bargain. Look for five star hotel in Tower of London area.

We stayed at the hotel over 4th of July week. The day we were to check out my son came down with 102 degree fever. Not only were they able to accommodate us for another day but also guided us to the best choice for our son to get medical care. They were sold out for the rest of the week but arranged for us to stay in one of their other hotels. Super helpful staff and the rooms were very modern.

The Tower Grange is definitely one of the better hotels in London and normally I'd rush to go back. The latest visit however wasn't quite so great. Upon getting to my room and unpacking I had a proper look around. I spotted what looked like a rolled up grey towel on one of the chairs. Upon unrolling it it was found to be a pair of 'used' boxer shorts. I went down to reception and asked for the duty manager, who apologised and offered to move me to another room. Having unpacked and being due to meet friends for dinner I just asked him to send someone with a pair of tongs up to the room to remove the offensive article. Other than the boxers the room appeared to be very clean. Off he went and that was the last I saw of him. By the time I returned a couple of hours later they had been removed (and presumably incinerated). I might have expected a follow up call or something to recognise this error, however, even at checking out a couple of days later I wasn't even asked how my stay was. Now I get it that people make mistakes and things get overlooked, however, for a hotel that is allegedly 4 or 5 star, from a customer care / complaint follow up this was rather disappointing. As my school report used to say - "Has potential, but must try harder!"

We found the Hotel to be superb, not sure if we just got very lucky with our room, but it had floor to ceiling windows, with epic views on to the Tower of London, and Tower Bridge. The Steam room, Sauna and Pool were incredible, and I would highly recommend staying here. Not a bad word to say about the place!

Visited London for four days and chose to stay with Grange Tower Bridge. Perfect location (near tube station) and very nice staff who helped us for an easy check-in. Room was excellent with the most comfortable and cozy bed. Spacious room and very nice bathroom, loved the power shower packed shower cubicle. Very modern amenities. Very nice Spa and pool facility available to relax. Breakfast was good both in Continental and British style. Loved our stay and looking forward to stay again in this hotel.

Firstly we used st Thomas car park just 5 mins walk away and no need to go into congestion zone it was £12 for 24 hours. (Near a waitrose) Hotel is easy to find near to a lot of attractions and bars. Hotel itself very big and busy staff seem friendly but robotic a bit. Spa was lovely and quiet all included. Rooms not 5 star. A very good 4 but not that swanky for London. Mini bar is a bit sneaky it has a sensor on it so do not even open it unless you want to be charged for browsing

Have stayed here before as well as a couple of other Grange hotels in the city. This time we literally used the room to sleep in, didn't even spend 12 hours there, so didn't use the hotel's other facilities but from memory the pool is nice. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and professional, what more can you ask for!

Stayed here several times. Staff are always lovely and helpful. The decor is modern so feels clean. Rooms are a good size. Had a couple of minor niggles, a broken shower handle in one occasion, but nothing that would stop me going back. It's not central London but a short walk to Tower Bridge and only 5-10 mins to nearest tube which of course gets you all over London.

We have stay here twice now and have had 5 star service both times , room spotless, bed comfortable, breakfast great, staff all friendly and helpful, view from room good will use this hotel when ever we stay in London,

This hotel is not in the city center, however, it is in a nice area and close to the Bridge Tower and Tower Bridge. A short walk is required to visit both of these sights. There are some restaurants nearby for a change of eating venues. Our room was spacious and very comfortable with a super soft bed. We were on the 11th floor with a great view, but likely would not have had the same view in the lower half of the hotel. The hotel restaurant served very good food for the 2 days we were there.
