The staff is always so happy and willing to help, beds are big and comfortable, just over all every time have a great experience there

This is a cheap five star hotel, and you get what you pay for. The location is far from Heathrow but public transportation to it is simple as Tower Hill station is literally a few mins away. So if you decide to stay here, do so for the location, not because they claim to be a five star hotel--because then, you will be disappointed. The room could have been cleaner, inside the referigator there was collection of dust, and my sheets were replaced only once the final night--I remember because there was a distinctive stain I had noticed. The staff are not as helpful. When asked about transportation back to the airport, I was bounced from one staff to the next and to the next. I was told there is no way to get to heathrow at 5 am using the public transportation. Well, you can take a bus near the hotel to Peddington station and take heathrow express. I would not recommend not would stay again.

Arrived early from US and room was not ready but we were added as priority. Went for lunch, came back and the front desk had searched for an upgrade to a club room which had everything you could want including walkout balcony with view. Spacious room and was quiet. One of the best hotels, HIGHLY recommend!

Rooms bigger & quieter than many in London. Great location close to tube & Tower of London. Pool is a big plus with hot tub, sauna, and steam room. Staff friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend it.

It was good I like the location and down floor bar was closed in the morning i had lot of fun

Very nice hotel close to Tower Tube and DLR. Also, Bank is about a 10 minute walk away, Tower of London is 5 minutes, great food and restaurants nearby up towards Bank BUT beware this is the business district so they aren't open late on weekends or at all on holidays.

staff was great, gave a fantastic room upgrade which was incredibly appreciated

First point I had issue with was I booked this hotel because it was advertised with air port shuttle so I booked then made arrangements for the pick up, then upon arrival at the airport no person to pick us up ? Then after 30 mins I call the hotel they inform me they are going to look into this and will call me back ? 20 mins later called me back to inform me they don't do airport shuttles ? I then had to pay 80 pounds each way for taxi, on the plus side they did upgrade me to a 40 pound more per night room ( me and my family were only there for 1 night ) then the next morning I go to breakfast at 6:55 am and was told to leave as it was not open yet ? Even though there was signs everywhere indicating breakfast starts at 6:30 am ? This person was extremely rude, the porter was very rude because I only gave him a 10 pound tip for helping lift the bags into the taxi ? They all stood inside the lobby starring at me with disgust in their faces lol

good stay, it’s what you would expect for the money paid

The hotel doesn't deserve a 5-star rating, but overall, a good experience.

Average accommodations. Not spectacular. The shades fell off of the window at one point.

Good for what I needed.

Great location, right next to the Tower Hill tube station with London's Tower and sightseeing buses stops across the street. Very helpful service desk & concierge staff and room with an impressive view of the Tower. Rooms and bathrooms are large for European standard; clean and nicely equipped with very comfortable beds. The area around (City & financial district) is very quiet on weekends with limited choices for dinning. The breakfast buffet was not in line with 5 star hotel rating with very long wait for a coffee or milk & refills; continental buffet had a variety choices but pastry was mediocre at best with soggy croissants. This may be acceptable for a room rate included buffet but it is totally outrages considering that the hotel is charging 21 British pounds for it. You can have a better breakfast for ¼ of the cost in any of the close by coffee places. Overall it is a quality hotel in good location but you should skip the breakfast buffet.
