Hotel Location was great Close to the Train stations Hotel had no ice and I was told that the hotel doesn’t have a bar so they don’t have ice by the front desk Referred me to the bar across the street to get ice The breakfast was OK But for me being diabetic there is nothing diabetic friendly I asked to get my room cleaned it took me like 10 times before they came My Wi-Fi stopped working in my room and only worked in the lobby manager was nice enough when I ask change my room so he did The waiting area in the lobby is too crowded with things Big containers Bedsheets Towels All that stuff is sitting right there

I booked a quadruple room via orbitz.com three months ago. When I got there there was no room available for me. The receptionist claimed that something related to electricity happened to the room prior to my arrival. But he couldn't say what. I asked to see the room and he wouldn't let us, because they had given it to someone else. He said that they had booked me to another hotel, but didn't offer any car service. So, unable to resolve this we went to the other hotel, 10 min walk. The other hotel was Hyde Park Rednor. They had booked a room l, but It wasn't a family room, but double. I had to pay for a second room to stay because that was the only one available. So yes, do not book with them. Very disappointed with Orbitz too

Rooms are very small you can barely move around, facilities are well maintained and staff is attentive, a good place to spend the night, not a good fit if you plan to spend a lot of time hanging out in your room as TV has only 3 channels.

Good value and convenient for everything , We use it on all visits to London

Totally recommended! central, clean, comfortable and for a very good price. Rooms are a bit small, but anyway I guess it's the best one cat in London for these rates
