I will start by saying - IGNORE THIS HOTEL. Staff is super rude. They just insult you or get angry if you ask them something. Not at all helpful. Secondly rooms are really untidy. I have never seen any rooms in such horrible condition. Family room had 4 seperate single beds for 4 guest. Each bed would slide from one place to other as they had wheels without stoppers. They really need to have more organized beds. Cleanliness is another thing. Rooms had terrible smell and staff would not do anything. Overall just ignore this hotel. Spend some extra money and look for other hotels nearby.

The hotel is very close to the underground which is why I booked the hotel. I also knew it was not air conditioned and was only a shower stall. What I did not know was that if you weigh over 200 pounds you had to showe with the door open or you won't fit. The water temperature was impossible to get correct so I just showered in cold water which was a relief since there was no air conditioning and the window barley opened. The room was old and very basic. I guess you get what you pay for. However, even for a Days Inn this was pretty bad.

close to the main action bus and river easy airport to the hotel nice restaurant near

The hotel is near to the London Eye. Breakfast really good. But they should modernize the lift.

This hotel's in a great area. Quick walking distance from the London Eye, Trafalgar Square. British Museum wasn't even too far to walk to. It'll also be close enough to St. Paul's Cathedral and other popular sightseeing attractions. Room was small, but comfortable enough. Staff was helpful. Good Indian food close by (Ishaq's). Also a pub right across the street. Post Office nearby for currency exchange. Overall, a great experience.

OK Hotel. More jaded inside than the photos show. Small room but adequate

The Days Hotel was surprisingly busy, had a good breakfast, and friendly staff. The location was fine for us since we used the underground to get around and was close to the Lambeth North station. We were quite early when we arrived and they let us check in, which was so appreciated since we really needed a nap after the flight from the US!

We arrived on a very warm afternoon in August and found that our room was very hot with no air conditioning. The window only opened about 4 inches, so getting fresh air in was not easy. However, the hotel provided a large fan that made the room tolerable for sleeping. While the room was very small, the room and entire hotel were very clean and well furnished. The full English breakfast was reasonable and very good. I would recommend tihs hotel for anyone wanting a clean convenient hotel for a reasonable price.

It was only a few blocks from Lambeth North Underground Entrance. Most London sites are a short subway ride away. Good location if you want to visit Westminster Abbey and the London Eye. The rooms were clean, comfortable and included a hair dryer.

It's one block away from the tube (Lambeth North), which is just one stop away from the London Eye and two from Westminster, so it's a great location. The hotel was very busy and completely booked when we arrived, so they gladly locked our bags away while we hit the city. The room had a double bed, no AC, and a fan (which is typical). Breakfast wasn't included in our rate, and it seemed very expensive to buy otherwise at the hotel (£10!), so we ate elsewhere. Internet service isn't free, and is only available in the lobby, not the room. Since we're on vacation, it's not such a big deal, but I wouldn't stay here on business. Overall, we were pleased and would stay there again.

This is a low budget hotel, part of the Days Inn Chain. One would think in this day that even a low budget hotel would have air conditioning, this one didn't. No in room safe. While close to many attractions, walking in this neighborhood after dark was unsettling. On the positive side the room was clean and the staff very pleasant.

We used this hotel as our base while visiting London 2 nights with another couple. The location was good and convenient to the tube and bus stops. We arrived about 10 in the morning looking to drop our bags so we could hit the town. What a great surprise when we were immediately checked in and given rooms!! The staff was nice and attentive. We have travelled extensively to London, staying in 5 star down to budget hotels. On this trip, we didn't plan to be at the hotel for more than a good night's sleep and shower which is exactly what it delivered. Word of caution: while lobby and halls have A/C, the rooms do not and if you are heat sensitive, summer time can be tricky. We propped the provided fan up by our window. This might present an additional problem if you are a light sleeper as the hotel is on a busy street and near a hospital. Overall, the room worked well and if pricing is an issue at other hotels we would stay here again!

The hotel was nice & clean and the underground was a little over a block away. I'd recommend it to a friend.

I spent 4 days in London as my stop over from US to Bangkok. It turned out to be the best visit. The hotel is very convenient, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. It is very close to all the major attractions and entrtainments in London.

The Days Inn Waterloo is close to the Waterloo Train Station, North Lambeth Bakerloo Underground Station, and Imperial War Museum. It is about a 4 minute walk going south on Kennington Road from the N Lambeth Station. The room was very long and narrow, about 15 x 6 feet with two single beds, TV and a desk, in addition the bathroom - about six by five feet with walk in shower. In winter, remember to turn on the radiator, both at the plug and set to automatic or manual. Once warm, the room stays warm. The room was appropriate for a short stay like myself - 4 days.
