The hotel was very clean. A big plus was the availability of additional restrooms in the lower level. Traveling with a family that was a huge time saver. However the rooms very extremely small sized. There was almost no place to keep the luggage without running into them while walking in the room. The gym was nice but we didn't use it. Location is also great, less than 5 minute walk to the underground station Gloucester Road.

The only complaint I would have is that we arrived from USA at 8:30am and didn’t get a room until 3:00pm.

The shower part ion is far too short, The shelf space in the bathroom is too little , the standard rooms are too small

Great location, just a short walk from Kensington Gardens, Natural History museum, and Victoria and Albert museum, and right next to the Gloustcer Road rube station, making it very easy to get around. We had tickets for a Chelsea game and found the walk to the stadium to be very pleasant and only took 30 minutes (Easter weekend tune closures meant we only had bus options to get to the stadium). I’m our first night we discovered that the air conditioning wasn’t working in our room and because of the unseasonably warm temps, it was very hot in our room. Because we discovered this at 10 pm, there wasn’t much they could do, though they moved us to a smaller room that at least had functioning windows, even though that one also had broken AC. The next day they moved us to a room with functioning AC and they took special efforts to make sure the temps would be comfortable. To make it up, they also gave us access to the concierge area, which was very nice and included delicious breakfast items, coffee and tea all day, and happy hour snacks and drinks. The staff was incredibly accommodating and kind to us and made up for the inconvenience of moving rooms multiple times. Thanks for making our trip comfortable!

Cleanliness and staff are friendly. The amenities are great.

Excellent location!!! Super friendly staff!! Lilly went out of her way to make this an exceptional stay!!!! Hotel was very clean and rooms were comfortable and clean. Would recommend to everyone!!!

Great quite neighborhood. Two minute walk to the underground. Our only minor issue was not being able to regulate the climate controls of the room to make it cool enough at night. We would absolutely stay there again

Nice hotel, close to the gloucaster train station.

Excellent location! Close to a tube stop so easy to get into the heart of London. Nice quiet neighborhood. Clean, affordable and very spacious room for a family of four. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location with a cool garden and “beach club” lounge in back.

The hotel was very nice but they do the bare minimum for you which was disappointing.. Clean, modern. Rooms including bathrooms were great. They could have done more to provide a positive overall experience. They had complementary tea and coffee near the lobby but they were extremely slow in maintaining it. The workers didn't seem to care I was waiting. We stayed in another Kensington area hotel at the end of our holiday and it was much nicer for a similar rate. Plus they gave us free drinks at bar, candy in our room and big bottles of water plus discounts for the hotel restaurant (we didn't use but appreciated it). Plus breakfast was included there and not here. I feel they could have put much more effort into serving customers and taking care of them.

This is a wonderful hotel and we had a great experience there. The location is very close (10-30 min. walking depending on your pace) to major museums, Kensington Palace and Gardens and Hyde Park. It's right across the street from a tube station, and a P.O./very reasonably priced souvenir store is on the corner. Lots of restaurant options and a grocery store across or on the same street. The hotel is very clean, modern and comfortable. The rooms might be a tad small, but quite frankly, this could be the size of all of the hotels in London. The staff and customer service are excellent; so nice, friendly and helpful. Lastly, I recommend you add the breakfast package. The breakfast buffet is large with many options (cereal, pancakes, fried rice, fresh fruit and cheese, pastries, eggs, meats and hash browns) and full drink service. The servers are exceptionally friendly and nice. I wish we could return soon!

Lovely hotel with a location that can't be beat. Across the street from the underground, blocks from the top museums and Kensington Park, you can get just about anywhere without a car. The staff were kind, considerate, and friendly across the board. They had an early check-in ready for us, which made our first day off the international flight pleasant rather than awful. Raj at concierge is a wonder! He arranged wonderful tours and drivers for day trips. The breakfast has lots of options and friendly staff. Kids eat free! The common spaces are beautiful and well-maintained. There is even a lovely garden for sitting or dining. If we could improve on anything it would be in the room. They are a bit tight by American standards and we couldn't adjust the temperature to cool it off. No top sheet on the bed, just a thick duvet, so that added to the heat. Aside from that it was a perfect stay. You have to have a hotel card to go up in the elevator, so we felt secure. We had two pre-teen kids and they loved the hotel. The staff was thoughtful to them throughout.

Great place in walking distance of may things, breakfast, lunch and dinner was tasty, the bar and garden just fab, I will always remember it and hope to visit it again

My family of 4 stayed in a double room for 5 nights. Kensington location was great with the Gloucester Rd tube stop just around the corner. Very easy to get around to sight see. Cafes, pubs, restaurants and a Waitrose grocery just across the street. This hotel was a reasonable price for its location and nearby amenities. Staff very helpful. Garden out back was a very nice place to sit and relax. Would definitely stay here again.

I would highly recommend this hotel! It is a fantastic value and a great location! It is located near a tube station and within walking distance of the natural history museum. I would definitely stay here again!

Crowne Plaza Kensington was the ideal stay for our family vacation. We were there for almost two weeks and appreciated the modern decor, private gardens in the back of the hotel to enjoy a drink at the end of a long day touring the city, and the ease of travel since the Piccadilly Line Tube station was right across the street!
