Stayed for 2 nights at this hotel due to its locality as we were using Victoria Station for a bus to Levesdon Studios, Watford. Checking in was flawless and very helpful, polite and attentive. My room was spacious apart from the toilet door which u cldnt close as yr knees were in the way! Lol so the feeling of peeing in the bedroom was a bit weird. There was a faint unpleasant odour in the LG room I was put in (and no it wasn't from the toilet scenario) haha anyway u soon became used to it and there was an air freshener in there to mask it. Apart from that the shower was warm, the bed comfortable and tetley tea bags too! What more could u ask for 😊 the trains nearby took a bit of getting used to but i guess that's reflected in the price. I slept well enough though. I wld recommend this hotel and I wld use again. I've stayed here on two previous occasions so they must be doing something right 😁
The entrance to the Inn is a bit odd...the front door is at the top of steps....so you drag your suitcase up the steps into the lobby...there is a ramp but it leads to the dining room...better directional signs would assist first time travellers...rooms are adequate but a bit dated...
I was here for 2 nights in a single room. A little small but i cannot fault it as it has everything that you might need! Coffee making facility, hairdryer, towels, shower gel, safe...a importantly a comfortable and cosy bed....i reached late but had an extremely quick checkin. Breakfast is there for an extra price but a limited choice...you can see the Victoria coach station from the hotel where most tours leave from....overall it was a very happy stay with comfort inn! =)
Very near Victoria Coach Station, which is what I wanted. Easy check in. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Room very very small, but very clean, warm and comfortable. Bed was so comfortable. Plenty of hot water. The shower was powerful and spotless. Lights and sockets well placed. Great television with loads of channels. Problem free WiFi. Super free coffee available in dining area. Great hotel for short stay. Reasonable price. Would definitely stay here again. Staff have great customer care skills
I stayed for one night when returning to London from the US. Upon arrival, the receptionist first couldn't have been less interested in checking me in. The room was somewhat clean - very basic and was enough for a night. Wouldn't stay longer than that though.
What a great hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I opted for a single room as I just needed somewhere to lay my head. It was a good size & very clean. The bed was comfy & the room had it's own temperature control which is a real bonus. The shower was a comfortable size too. Continental breakfast was what you would expect & with a range of patisserie. Good value at £6. The only complaint I have is the shower temperature which was barely warm. It certainly made for a quick shower & helped wake me up ready for the day! (hence the 4 stars & not 5). That aside the stay was exceptional value for money and I would highly recommend. I will be back to stay again.
I've stayed here on a couple of occasions. It's clean, it's safe and the beds are comfortable BUT the rooms are quite small, not particularly warm and last night I didn't have a bedside light. So the rooms could be better. And then there are the trains. If you are in the main hotel it's not too bad but the two annexes across the road are next to the main rail line out of Victoria station. The sound proofing is not great and trains run all night. If you are a light sleeper you will be dsturbed!
Spent 1 night here on a visit to Cadogan Hall. Rented a private parking space 15 mins walk away as parking is very limited/non existent in this area. The hotel has 2 buildings and we were across the road from the main reception. Breakfast is continental and extra at £6 but we didn't partake. The area is lovely and very quiet but within walking distance of so much, Harrods, Knightsbridge, Buck Palace, the Thames embankment and at no cost. The room has recently been refurbished to a good standard with space saving and economy top of the list. The bed was really sturdy and the room very warm. The shower was a little on the tight side but served its purpose. You need to place your room card in the slot just inside the door for the lights to work, no card, no lights, saves on wasted electricity, ingenious idea!! Pity the reception omitted to mention this on booking in and we had mini major panic :) the only downside is that Room 516 is right beside the Victoria railway line, the windows are a double unit but this doesn't stop the vibration. Would stay here again
I spent three nights here. I was given room 513 in the building across from the main reception. I had a single room. The room was tiny but extremely clean and functional. The bedroom has a very firm single bed, tv, desk, hanging space, safe, tea/coffee/kettle/cup, lots of power points including a USB one. The room was warm with air con that can be controlled. The bathroom had a toilet, sink and shower. The shower was pretty small but ok. Water pressure and temperature good. I found this room to be very noisy as it is in the ground floor right near the front entrance and a lift. People came and went at all hours and were not quiet (patrons not staff). For this reason alone I would avoid this room if staying in the future. The hotel is very close to Victoria station (underground, coach and train). There are supermarkets, restaurants etc nearby. Check-in and out was super easy with no fuss. I didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment. Location really can’t be beaten.
This hotel is a few minutes walk from the Victoria Line underground and train station, which really worked out well for us, as well as being close to Buckingham Palace. The rooms were decent and I slept well. Free coffee/tea/hot chocolate machine in the lobby
