I arrived really early from a flight into Heathrow and whilst my room wasn't ready, my luggage was stored, my room was prioritised for preparing. The staff are incredible and make you feel immediately at home. The room was great and super clean. The hotel is less than a 1 minute walk to Earls court Station, surrounded by excellent eateries and watering holes,

Bed was comftorable and location was amazing, near Earls Court station that was a huge plus!!!!!!

Service was wonderful! There is no lift, so you must carry your luggage all the way up to your floor. The receptionist kindly offered to help us. They will also watch your luggage for you after checkout. Perfect location, less than 2 blocks from Earl Court station. Close to great food and drink. Market and 2 coffee shops near by.

This hotel is a very good tourist class hotel right in the heart of Earl’s Court with excellent dining, shopping and public transportation options. The hotel staff is professional and helpful. It’s a perfect hotel for couples. The only drawback is there is no elevator and the hotel reception is one flight up from street level and the rooms are at least two flights up.

For a single room, I had a small space, but it had all the essentials for a wonderful stay.

Nice rooms, beware no lift....do if you have baggage ask for low floor

Close to tube, lots of food choices in area. Would help if rooms were slightly bigger, ac a little colder, rooms a little quite, to go cups for coffee and a lift for your bags. I would stay again withoit hesitation. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

The gentleman at check-in couldn't have been nicer! Super friendly and easy to laugh. The location can't be more convenient to Earl Court underground unless you were right on top of the station. Be aware the entrance isn't obvious when you are on the street level since reception is on the second floor. The rooms are very small by American standards but it is modern, tasteful, clean and efficient. All the amenities you need are efficiently designed to fit in limited space. I don't mind cozy rooms but of course I was alone. For the price point, I would definitely do this again since I only need a place to sleep and shower as I am not in the room that long.

The hotel is difficult to locate to start with. When you do find it, you have to go up two flights of stairs with your luggage because there isn't an elevator and the first floor is shops with the hotel above the shops. Luckily, we were on the first floor of the hotel, but it's possible you would have to lug your luggage up a couple of more floors of stairs. The room was so small, you couldn't walk between the beds and the furniture without one person moving out of the way. I know European hotels are small, but this one was unbelievably small. The beds were very soft. There was a big red stain on the carpet in the entry and when checking to make sure we had everything when leaving, I saw crackers under the bed that had been there for who knows how long. I would not recommend this hotel unless you are in really good shape for the stairs with the luggage and not claustrophobic.

Enjoyed my comfortable stay in the modern hotel. Room is small and bathroom sharing was no issue. Recommend to any small groups staying in LONDON!

exactly as advertised. Narrow staircase leading up to a comfy room. The other guests were quiet and we got a good night sleep.

Stayed for five nights. This hotel is close to Earls Court underground station, close to numerous places to eat, and is an absolute gem. It is quiet for such a busy location, and the hotel itself is kept scrupulously clean. The manager and other staff could not have been more helpful, especially when it came to bringing bags up to the room, etc. We arrived very early in the day from an overnight flight and the room was already ready for us. Everything worked well in the room. As an additional treat, the view from the back window allowed us to see a flock of wild parrots that are now resident in parts of London! Of course, can't guarantee that everyone would have this experience. All in all, very, very pleased with our choice of hotel.
