Not as good as the reviews rate
The hotel is not that really near the underground station. It is about 10 mins walk. When I checked in this 4-star hotel, the staff in the reception was not friendly and helpful. He had no smile at all and spoke in a boring monotone throughout our conversation. He passed the keycard to me and showed me no details until I asked by myself. There was no one to bring either you or your luggage to your room. I was not sure if I expected too much for a 4-star hotel. When I went up to the room by elevator, I found it was unexpectedly small. I am a woman with a relatively small body size but the elevator could only hold me and at most 2 luggage in large size. I lived here for a week, the room service was not as good as a hotel should be. For the tissue box, you could obviously find that some extra tissue was just forcibly put into the box. I guess it should be the remaining tissue from the previous tissue box. I am eco-friendly but it was just not decent enough in a hotel room. 2 small towels were missed after morning room service. There was in-room dining served from 3pm to 10pm. When I tried to place order at 9:30pm, I was told the last order was at 9pm. I strongly suggested that it should be marked in the menu or guests expected they still could have something to eat after a busy day outside. At last, I had to drag my tiring body at around 10pm, under rain in winter, to search food outside where most diners were already closed.
