I had stayed here many years ago and on my recent return found I had returned to an old friend. Good personal service, nice rooms, great area and very, very English. If you're looking for something thoroughly modern, this is not your place. If, however, you're into old style London, you'll feel right at home. Highly recommended.

I got a terribly small shabby room in urgent need of refurbishment with dirty scratched and stained walls, almost no space in dirty old rotten closet, lights in my room (and only in my room) went off two evenings in a row, I had to ask several times for a soap. Room service was slow, and food was below gas station quality. When I came in the evening exhausted with newly purchased suitcase, a young concierge guy asked me if I'm checking in (that's despite me staying there for three days already, and I remembered him). So I said I have heavy bags, he laughed (he later denied it). Elevator was 100 years ago style, therefore I took the stairs to my room all the time, even with bags. When I could no longer tolerate such attitude and complained to the night duty manager, I was told that this istheir lowest category of rooms and I get what I paid for. Excuse me, but I paid for a 5* hotel, and I booked "Double Supperior", besides there are standards for rooms which all 5* should observe. I felt very offended and humilliated. I was offered a free last night stay in a better suit, but as I was busy packing and running around to finish all my last day's tasks I said I will think about it. They never asked again, and I saw no point rushing into suit for a few hours (I headed to the airport in the morning), besides I already spent 4 out of 5 nights in that hostel kind of room so narrow that not even a room service tray can fit. When I asked for a cab ASAP, I had to wait as they arranged t

Great location, very friendly staff, quite and nice neighborhood, proximity to nice boutiques, cafes and restaurants. Also, close to the Sloan Street tube stations to travel to other parts of London. Walking distance to Harrods and Harvey Nichols.

It is the ultimate British experience small, quiet, elegant, classy hotel. Great staff and service. In one of the best areas of London. Highly recommend

I spent five nights at 11 Cadogan Garden last week and found it to be my "home away from home". The staff were very welcoming and always around to help. I had a bright room on the second floor that was very quite. The location is perfect as it is only a few minutes walk to Sloane Square in Chelsea and very convenient for museums, shopping (Harrods very close) and restaurants. I will definitely stay here again.

The front desk and concierge staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. I arrived prior to check-in and was invited to leave my luggage at concierge, who would get it up to my room while I was out. Then they brought me coffee while I waited to meet my daughter in the Lounge. The hotel reminded me of Cecil's London home in "Room With a View" -- dark woods, elegant furnishings, and beautiful drapery. The rooms were beautifully decorated, as well. On the downside, my room was often not made until mid-afternoon. And, while nothing in London is cheap, and prices for breakfast, room service, and tea were really steep.

The staff at No.11 are super attentive, very welcoming and friendly. We felt comfortable and were very satisfied in this chic and stylish hotel. We got a real feel of fabulousLondon just being there. We would recommend it to our friends.
