I didn't like that i had to drop of my dirty towels and linen 2 hours before i needed to use them to be washed each time. A very big inconvenience when you are on a limited time schedule. they should have clean linen and towels already to be switch out. rude staff and coffee was very weak and bland.taste like they only used half the pack of coffee grounds.

It needs a remodel.

The hotel smelled like weed, the internet was weak and unreliable. There was no kitchen items and I called the front desk and they gave an attitude like I was bothering them and she said I'll see what I have. She never called back and I went back there and she said I she had nothing so we had to go to Walmart and buy our own kitchen items. The fire alarm went of at 1:00am due to someone smoking in their room and there was no staff presence when the police and fire department showed up. It was a horrible experience from beginning to end.

The location is quite nice as it’s near the highway and right off butterfield road. That however is where the good comments end. The rooms were “ok”. Getting a refrigerator and microwave is nice and is the only reason the review isn’t worse. The floors were sticky and slippery. The carpet was damp. If you didn’t put your socks and shoes on in the tub after washing your feet you are guaranteed bad foot oder. The pillows are lightweight and lack effective support. And the AC is either too cold or the room is too still. Lastly there is a funk in the rooms. While it says no smoking you can clearly tell that people smoke in the rooms.

The suite was not furnished. I paid fir a king and got a small queen. Not coffee in room or in the lobby. No one manning the front desk in the morning and could not be summoned. Rude staff when you found one.

Front desk was usually not staffed. Had TV remote issues, no body at front desk. At check out, nobody at the front desk. Door to room always stuck on the door jam. Tolet was questional when it came to flushing.

I like how the room is laid out with the kitchenette. I don't like that they do not have laundry to sell to you for you to wash your clothes.

It looked nice on the outside but the inside was outdated and falling apart. And to top it all off they had bedbugs!! It was absolutely horrible!

The room wasn't very clean at all, the over night person wasn't the best. Didn't tell us about breakfest or what time it was at and there was nothing about the time on the paper that came with the room key. Other than that the lady at the front desk while checking out was very helpful.

The rate brought me here. 3.5 miles from Lombard Metra Train Station. Nice to have full size refrigerator. Good AC unit. Second stay here two consecutive trips. Each rooms shower rod is in terrible shape. The floors could be mopped better. Each tub resurface is chipping off. The kitchens are not equipped you need to check that out at front desk but they don’t have enough so not an option. If I end up here again, I may bring two kettles, fry pan. For now paper plates and bowls, plastic silverware for cereal, sandwiches and instant oatmeal... But it works.

We had booked for a room with two double beds but are check in the staff said it is not available even after showing the confirmation email.
