Moved to several different rooms water leaking doors don't lock smells only 1 light that worked in the whole room. Bugs everywhere. Wouldn’t refund money. This place should be condemned!! How it is still open is beyond me.
When I arrived the property was hard to find. From the front of the building to the single rooms in the back you had to go out of the property and then around a condemned building and up a dark drive way filled with trash on the sides. Once I found the upper rooms is was very dirty and scary. I proceeded into the building and found my room to be very dirty . Yes the bed was done but there was food on the carpet, roaches crawling around, and the toilet lid wet and dirty. Before going to my ro the attendant was laughing that I could not stay on the lower floor where she was and had to go around to the top building because I was alone. Of course I was concerned because it was awful up there. I decided at that point to leave and stay elsewhere. I noticed when I read the fine print I could not get my money back so I just gave up with trying. I returned with the key three days later and told them thank you and did not mention anything. At that time the attendants came out of the motel and stared at me like I was some kind of nut. I have used Orbitz for sometime now and am scheduled for another outing in november. I hope that Orbitz removes this motel from thier list and will not jeopardize anyone else to the rudeness and filth I saw. Also I would like to say the motel was for sale so I feel they did not care for my stay.
Like: nothing Dislike: unclean, no hot water, noise all night long.

The picture does not include a tub that has leaked for a long time, sink was broken & would not drain, sweeper need to be used! towels were so thin you could almost see thru them. Cigarette holes in bed spread, wall paper coming loose. No front on air filter, missing 2 light bulbs in sink lighting. Need I say more?
The staircases have been repaired in a few places but still look unstable. People cook on hotplates in the rooms which seems really dangerous to me. It needs repair throughout. I think it was clean but so rundown and shabby. We refused the first room and had quite a time working out the new bill, We were told changing the amount was an Orbitz decision and when we called it was the hotel's decision. My instinct is that the managers/owners are squeezing every bit of profit they can out of the hotel and not putting anything back into the business. We had our dog with us or we would have just driven another half hour and tried to find another place... The refrigerator was on the luggage rack! Some of the outlets were dead. Just a very depressing, sad place.
I was o.k.but on the picture you show jets in the tub, but did not say only one room i was hurting bad when we got there and was really looking forward to soaking in the tub with the jets, however i was disappointed, but other than that it was ok.

WE ARE SORRY YOU DID NOT LIKE OUR MOTEL . CHAPMANVILLE INN WOULD LIKE TO EXTEND OUR APOLOGY TO YOU WE ARE SO SORRY YOU DID NOT FIND OUR MOTEL UP TO YOUR STANDERS . WE WOULD LIKE THE OPPORTUNITY TO SERVE YOUR LODGING NEEDS AGAIN.
