*The property is VERY close to restaurants, stores, etc. It is also convenient to the highway. The staff was always very helpful and accommodating, especially Willie and Emani. It was nice to have onsite laundry. *What was a challenge was that 14 cars were broken into the first night there leaving us very paranoid and checking on our car the whole time we stayed (2 weeks). The bathrooms need updating and I saw quite a few bugs running behind the toilets. There was one washer broken that didn't get fixed during a week's time. Also, the phone in our room was broken and the Internet is horrible. I had to call customer service almost every other day which made it very difficult to work and do school in the room, and then I got double charged for Fast Service when some of my devices could never connect. For the rate this property charges, there needs to be some serious changes and updates. I would put it more close to the $69-79 rate class vs. $99-119. It is more of a 2 Star property compared to other ESA's I have stayed in.

The room was sufficient except for the fact there were about 10 baby roaches EVERYWHERE. When I asked if I could switch they said they were sold out and all the hotels in ATL were also sold out and didn’t offer any other alternatives or empathy. I myself had to go out and buy Raid so I could not feel as if bugs would crawl in me in my sleep. The worst experience I’ve had at a hotel thus far!

I had made a PAID reservation several days in advance of my trip. My pregnant wife and I arrived for our check in and I was told the room we had PAID for was not available. I had not been contacted so here I am late at night with a 7 month pregnant wife and no place to stay. I don't understand the point of a PAID reservation in advance if the room is not held for the person making the reservation.

Beautiful surrounding area. The grounds were keep tidy. However, they placed us in a kitchenette unit. There was food still in the sink, the shampoo container was empty and OMG!!! There was meat still left in the refrigerator. We came in really late and made do, because we didn’t want to waste sleep time on getting a new room.

What they tell u on the phone is not all true do ur own research ...nice rooms

It was embarrassing. What you see is not what you get. Mutiple agents telling you different things just to get more money out of your stay. My little kid of 5yrs was denied using the rest room after we checked out , waiting for pick up. Reason is that they do not have a public rest room.

I had made a PAID reservation several days in advance of my trip. My pregnant wife and I arrived for our check in and I was told the room we had PAID for was not available. I had not been contacted so here I am late at night with a 7 month pregnant wife and no place to stay. I don't understand the point of a PAID reservation in advance if the room is not held for the person making the reservation.
