Reserved a king bed, but got 2 smaller beds. Bar closed prior to the posted 11pm closing time. We came at 10:55 and were turned away. The breakfast buffet’s were not warm. They closed breakfast and coffee service without any last notice to diners. Generally, hotel restaurants let you know that they will be shutting down shortly, in case you want a last cup of coffee or buffet item.

For a room in a Hilton hotel that cost me more than $400 for two nights, the carpet was stained and the headboards were all ripped up on both beds. I took photos because they were so bad. I would be happy to submit the photos I took. Pool hours were supposed to be until 9:00, yet people were yelling and being loud until nearly midnight. I was on 4th floor right above the pool of course. Additionally, Orbitz had sent me in their emails that parking was $20 per day, when in fact I had to pay $28 per day.

We stayed to attend a UT game and the stadium was about a 15 minute walk.
Hotel was fine. Staff was excellent! Absolutely HATE paid parking in this facility. Ridiculous!

I was charged an amount of $113 even though my reservation was already paid off. We were also given the last room with a view to the cemetery. Did not mean to complain, but after the extra charge. I feel very frustrated.
