It has a splendid 1030 m² garden, planted with large palm trees, a salt-chlorinated swimming pool with beach area, an exclusive larger Jacuzzi Spa and an outdoor shower.

On the ground floor you will find 2 bedrooms, one triple with king-size bed and Tempur mattress, and another double, both with private bathroom, dressing room and heating and/or air conditioning.

On the first floor you will find a triple room with private bathroom, 3 terraces, office, sofa bed, dressing room, heating and/or air conditioning.

Amenities include Wi-Fi (dual hotspot), 8'' Dobsonian telescope, 50'' smart TV with Netflix in the living room and two 65'' smart TVs with Netflix in the master bedrooms, heating and air conditioning in all rooms.

From the terraces you can admire the sea and the mountains of the Sierra de Tramuntana; at night, the celestial vault and shooting stars draw the scene.
Located in a very quiet area with wide streets, the atmosphere invites relaxation in the Mediterranean.

Maintenance of the property and the insertion of new features and elements are carried out regularly:

Parking for 3 cars inside the property, easily accessible. Two bicycles are available.
The Villa is entirely reserved for guests.

The rest of the neighbors are a priority. After 11:00 PM it is generally mandatory to keep the volume low.
