You need to use different coffee machine. Too complicated to use. Wasted many coffee pouches but no coffee came out. The staff came help twice but still couldn’t get it to operate. The bathroom shower side needs at least a curtain for privacy if friends are sharing room. The glass door tub is useless since water just spray outside of the tub very bad design. The hair dryer doesn’t work. The steamer doesn’t work. These 2 items were useless due to electrical outlets were loose. The rain shower head should move in a little bit then the glass can protect the water from spraying out to the floor all wet. Everything else was perfect. Love the 360 view. The bed was comfortable. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Thank you for helping me calling SunTransfer since they were late.
The hotel is different from others in that it's a boutique hotel and they have a different vibe going on. It was really nice tho and very cute.

Walkable to the water, but planning which direction to explore is necessary. A bit loud at night from drinking crowd across the street. In house restaurant BLounge breakfast very good, and dinner excellent. Shower oddly configured, visible from bed, only half enclosed in a slippery tub with a hose attachable at hip level, and an over sized shower head too close to the open side. Staff very friendly. Cleaners slow to make up room a few days despite putting "clean..." Sign on knob and our being away for hours. Great views from 360° 11th floor rooftop. Good value.

I love the fragrance around the hotel and gel shower too . The staff were great. I love the top pool , great place to have a drink . It has a great location too.
Rooftop patio was a plus for late evening. Upper floors get more light.
