Check in staff was overwhelmed at nearly all times because only one individual was manning the desk at any given time. Made for some frustrated staff and some uncomfortable interactions that should not happen at a property that bills itself as 5 star. Definite management issues here. That said, it’s a beautiful old world property. Room size was excellent. Had to make a special request for housekeeping when I came back to an unmade room in the evening. View from the roof of the ocean is gorgeous, but there are no sand beaches anywhere in walking distance. It’s all private beach clubs along the promenade and some rocks on the ocean. Breakfast buffet is ok and standard for what I’ve seen in other hotels — read: kind of boring.

Bathroom lighting was dark was all in all the hotel was great. Wonderful breakfast and great dinner overlooking the water at sunset.

Very Nice Hotel, But the breakfast is not that great. Pre-packaged food. Only the coffee was good, because it was a capuccino machine.

The best hotel we stayed at in all of Italy! Rooms were amazing!

I very much enjoyed my stay here and definitely will stay there again if I am back in that area. My issues with the hotel are small: no coffee maker in the room, and the shower door seal was not effective - water on the floor in the bathroom made for a slick moment or two. But the staff is incredibly nice and helpful, and the room a very nice size and quite comfortable.

Nice enough but the bus system is less than wonderful and the location a bit out of the way. We did find repeatedly that we were either without towels in bath or with less than enough.
