The elevator is out of order. The night guy who is a young person, did not take out the old coffee and make fresh before he left. He made bacon and sausage but did not make the eggs or the gravy! Nor was there any hot water for the tea. Also, our tv has been converted to Spanish and your staff was unable to convert it back. So we could not watch the news or wind down. You couldn’t even click on those channels to watch them in Spanish if you wanted too. I believe your cleaning crew is using that room for their breaks whatever. Your front desk lady tried her best to fix it but she couldn’t get the tv to work either. This property needs some qualified help. Clean otherwise.
Our room was very humid when we got there and the room wasn't very clean. We also booked the family suite so our kids could have the pull out bed in the couch but it was a twin! The listing said sleeps 4 but a king a twin pullout only sleeps 3..... we had to get a cot for our son that was very uncomfortable. We were also looking forward to the hot tub after a long hike but found the hot tub gone and there were no chairs around the pool so we had to sit on the concrete. Pretty disappointing experience.
All around the property was in poor maintenance condition, you look out the window to trash and wood piled up, the sinks had slow run, could not turn off, water was barely hot enough for shower, after room as cleaned the door was left opened, anyone could enter. In the dining area, no forks to use to eat waffle, you used a spoon or your fingers. Just over all was poor maintance.
Rooms were smelly. Hallway was smelly of dog urine. Room was not cleaned, we had to wash off all the table ourselves, no shampoos or soaps left in the room. Shower was in need of caulking and mold was starting to form in cracks. Shower leaked very bad
I recommend you to be sponsors of the Onalaska half Ironman triathlon, that will attract more guests

had a very loud neighbor underneath our room who was very loud at 12:30am. we had to move rooms to get a nights rest.
Nice hotel with friendly staff clean rooms clean hotel nice pool and hot tub and good continental breakfast. Stayed here for Easter weekend with family and would stay at this location again. Check in service and check out service we’re very quick
We had a pleasant experience. The breakfast was perfect along with the pool and hot tub! The staff was helpful and accommodating. The parking lot was crowded due to Memorial weekend and Bass fishermen with their rigs! It was a close drive for us to get to the lake for a family outing! Overall a nice place to stay!
While the hotel was clean and convenient it was on the slim side of comfort. The bed was hard and kept me up and felt bruised in the morning. The wifi was out and that put me on a short schedule the next day. The fitness center needed updating with at least a treadmill and the solo bike needed a power hookup. Breakfast was good.

My reservation had been screwed up. Im not sure if it was their fault or who i booked through that made the mistake. The guy at the front desk felt bad and did everything he could but when there are no other rooms available its hard to do much. The hotel was great though. Great price and really clean and comfortable.
Hotel was nice, but front desk issues were frustrating. After pre-paying for the room, I received my check out folio under the door and my credit card had been charged again for the room. Front desk took care of it, but frustrating that they can't get this right. Lucky I noticed the additional charge.
Not your typical la Quinta, hotel decor, staff and comfort was a pleasant surprise. Only downside is the loop around the highway to get to it.
The hotel was neat and clean. Dog friendly. The breakfast was really bad so don't expect a lot in that area. The sinks and vanities are too tall for kids to easily access. Overall it was a pleasant trip.
Breakfast was good, rooms was very nice for a La Quinta. Staff was friendly as well. Plenty of towels in room plus a fridge/microwave. Only negative was trying to get to it off the highway. The exit isn't close to it.
The hotel is very nice and my room was very clean, nicely furnished wih a microwave and refrigerator...and a big tv. The room was comfy and there was a big desk. The bathroom was big and clean. The breakfast was really good with a lot of choice! i really had a wonderful experience!!
This hotel is new and the decor modern. Entire facility was spotless. Internet a bit slow, but overall excellent value for the price. Highly recommended.

Our breakfast is a HOT Brightside breakfast with eggs, bacon sausage, oatmeal, hash brown casserole, biscuits and gravy, Texas shaped waffles and your typical continental items.
