The pool was closed for cleaning, many machines at the breakfast were out of order, pillows had no pillow cases, there was large bits of food on the floor, and the showers hot water only got to luke warm. Staff seemed to be irrated when asked questions.

Great breakfast staff. Front desk staff couldn’t care less. I was assigned a first floor room but requested a second floor. Front desk said none were available. The parking lot was pretty empty as was the morning breakfast area. I think it likely that the front desk just didn’t want to go through the effort of assigning a different room.

Pull out bed was stapled couldn't use. Hotel rooms not very clean. Ice machine broken on floor. Hot tub was cold and too much chlorine. Very expensive for the poor quality of everything

Hotel needs a little updating and maintenence but is overall in decent condition. Very convenient to the NYS Thruway but not to other services. Staff was very helpful with an issue I had at checkin.

Everyone was very kind however we did have some issues with our room, still a very nice experience once it was resolved.

Will stay again

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room door was wide open when we arrived and we had no blow dryer, only one towel and no shower curtain. Had to request a shower curtain twice. Also, they were very limited on bath towels but did provide us pool towels.

Our bathroom is dirty with hair in the drain, beds weren’t made properly, one of the front desk girls was rude, they didn’t have adequate amount of towels if you asked for more, they said they didn’t have any more

Arrived at 4:30pm check in is 3pm room wasn’t ready when we arrived.

I was very disappointed to find upon check in that the pool and hot tub were closed. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was because of the hot tub and pool. The other thing that was a bigger problem was that even though a hair dryer was listed as an amenity there was not one in the room and when I asked for one at the desk, I was informed that they don't have those anymore. I feel i didn't get the value I paid for.

Understaffed. Police needed to be called due to noise and unruly behavior. Pool and hottub were overcrowded and dangerous behavior. There was no breakfast for one morning. Will not return.
