On this 3800 mile trip this was the best of the 3 Quality Inns at which we stayed! Haven't had breakfast yet but so far so good!
The hotel was clean. The a/c was off in our room at check in and it was really hot. It took over an hour to get it comfortable. The shower bar was dangling and made it so the curtain didn’t stay in place while showering.
Easy access. Easy check in. Easy check out. No issues.
This hotel was good for the money. It is dated but clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our only real complaint is the musty smell in the hall and rooms. Compared to other hotels we have stayed at in the area at this price range, we would chose this one again.
Great location, check in was very easy, front desk attendant was nice and helpful. Breakfast was great! The only problem was the water pressure was low when my husband got ready to shower and he was stuck out with having to take a wash off. When we got ready to go it was back up. So I figure there were a lot of people bathing at that time. Really no real complaints. We will stay there again.
The room wasn’t clean.Carpet stained and sticky. Mold on refrigerator.
Room smelled moldy. AC did not dehumidify so air in room was sticky. Flooring and bedding was stained. Furniture was broken. TV remote didn’t work, staff had to change tv to have a remote that worked. Bathroom tub/shower fixtures were broken and water pressure was weak. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Only stayed there because it was not a motel and it was close to the air force base. Would consider a motel next time.
Hotel staff was efficient and friendly. Suggested a nice restaurant. I enjoyed the small exercise room and the breakfast.
It was great! Good beds, great breakfast, and quiet! Downfall was the hot water it was luke warm at best!!!

this is my favorite go-to hotel in Jacksonville when we go shoot tournaments at the shotin sports complex. I do wish they would allow my little Yorkshire terrier to stay with me though.
The exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working. The smoke detector was removed and the wires were out. Why is there a 20 dollar fee for early check in? If there is a room available, why not check in customers..why the wait? Front desk personnel not customer oriented. Free breakfast is not good. Might as well not advertise breakfast as included if you do not serve something good. Bread are hard seem to be old! Sausage were over cooked almost burnt. Do not serve food if you do not intend to serve a descent food!
Just that it was a great stay and the complimentary Breakfast was Excellent too....can't beat it.

The hotel staff was awesome. The outer appearance of the motel was great. Inside had some issues - first room we were given the A/C did not work. Second room the light switch in the bathroom needed repair and there was visible mold on the ceiling. I didn't need a cold shower but I got one.
Everything was great until the day we checked out. While we were in the dining area eating breakfast, the clean woman came into the room and removed the unused soap and shampoo. Needless to say, I was planning to wash my hair when we came back from breakfast, and now I couldn't They need to change their policy not to enter rooms until the occupants have checked out.
