It had a great view, 2 king beds, 2 separate rooms, more than I was expecting from the online pictures. The price was very reasonable for the room and everything including.

The hotel is old but cute the room was clean and nice, but when my husband took a shower the shower wouldn't drain and the temperature kept fluctuating. The "complimentary" breakfast was awful. The upside to all of it the staff was friendly.

Hotel needs a little more cleaning in halls rooms were very clean breakfast was good staff was very nice

The hotel staff was very nice, and we had a spacious room, but our toilet back flushed and the shower leaked the whole time we were there, despite reporting it to the front desk. The treadmill in the exercise room was broken, so my husband was unable to use it. The hotel is in a good location in Little Rock, but it is undergoing changes in management/owner and doesn't yet have its act together. Hopefully, in the next few months, it will have been given a good face lift. This 1913 historical gem could once more be a more comfortable and attractive oasis for travelers like us who enjoy interesting historical locations.

A comfortable room in the downtown area. Parking is close and plentiful. The room was quiet and the rates are very good.

No internet, toilet broken, a/c not working, room was filthy ..... after reporting and returning to my room 11 hours ... NOT FIXED. I laid down to calm myself before storming the desk and a roach the size of an elephant crawled up my leg. Called front desk for 30 min and it was busy - packed my bags and went to desk ....... a true HOTEL HELL

Hotel doesn't have minimum facilities itself like hot water, refrigerator and etc. They changed my room twice for hot water and refrigerator. No basic food in menu.

Beautifully renovated early 1900s hotel. Lovely furnishings and very roomy guestrooms.

I still haven't received the receipt for my hotel visit.

Beds were comfy, room was clean. The workout room was really hot, but other than that, it was a decent place to stay for the price and location.

Room was roomy and comfortable. Amenities were a little above par for a budget hotel. Room had a fridge, microwave, and tv was modern with cable. Bed was comfortable and clean. Not much more you could ask for in the below $70 range. Room has business desk with LAN connection. Wireless was a little slow at 2.0 mb. Did not try the restaurant or breakfast. My stay was only one night. I would recommend this hotel. Felt safe and secure as one can feel in Little Rock.

Hotel was a last minute find and the lady at the front desk was asleep and ended up charging me twice but that was later resolved. Room and hotel was dated but was acceptable. Forgot my phone charger and they couldn't help me with that issue. The alarm clock was broken in my room and could ask the front desk for a wake up since she was too busy sleeping lol. But again last minute find needed to sleep and a shower so I found it. I would stay again because the price was good. Hope this helps

hotel has airs of previous high times but has maybe started falling on some difficulties. Room was left with all the lights on and the TV on which was a little unsettling. Overall the room was nice. The shower head fell off when I was fiddling with it and the TV was cheap and the continental breakfast was one of the most poultry I've seen in a long time. But because of the price, I'd certainly stay there again. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful (one of them even lent me a phone charger while I was waiting for a taxi).

Had to change rooms twice to get a room with a functional airconditioner. Nice but kind of run down. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Never could get WiFi to work.

When we checked into our hotel they informed us that the elevator was not working all the way. They had given us a room on the 6th floor but the elevator only went to the 4th floor. We had to walk up the very difficult to find stairs to the 6th floor. My sister has a bad back and heart problems and when I told the clerk this they would not do anything about it as far as getting us a different room or anything. There was a room service menu in the room with the number to call. When we called that number we got a very unhelpful person who could/would not help us. Once I walked back down all the stairs (because by this time ALL the elevators weren't working) I found out they don't have room service - even tho it was in all the information. The staff of the hotel was VERY unfriendly and VERY unhelpful. The room itself was very nice, clean, spacious and we liked the location of the hotel. It is close to the convention center but the staff was horrible. I won't go back to this hotel.

The hotel has not been updated but it serves the purpose for a short trip.

I lived in Little Rock when this hotel was refurbished around 1985. It appears that nothing has been done since. The location is convenient but not for those who are wary for their personal safety. It would be wise to be carefully observant after dark.

It's dirty ..n.. carpet is dirty .... its just dirty... air dont work wifi dont work ... its horrible

Hotel has fallen on hard times. Venerable old Little Rock Hotel was refurbished in the 1980s but has done poorly. The location is good for business at the Capitol and it is very cheap, but it is very run down and smells bad. Wouldn't want to bring a guest here.
