Few restaurants within walking for evening meal. Hotel is a bit tired and needs refresh.

Arrived at 7pm, needed to get ready and be at an event by 7:30. Room was not ready. Lobby was full of other guests in the same situation. Although I prepaid for this room months in advance no accommodations were made to make it better. Left and went to another hotel and had to pay anyway.

Room was fine. Good for the price. Lots of eating options nearby.

Beautiful old hotel. Well kept. Gas and food within walking distance. Free parking.

1. La Quinta gives me best Bang-for-the Buck. We got a room with 9th-floor view (not towards the riverfront or capitol, though), good breakfast, and free shuttle bus around downtown or within walking distance to most places. 2. Shuttle bus driver is busy so sometimes it is better to just walk (10' to Marriott, 12' to the other entrance of Statehouse Convention Center), 15-20' to capitol or river market (opposite directions). Little Rock is small, anyway.

Location very average and restaurant below average. There were outsiders that had to be excorted from the hotel that made things uncontiable

The employees are all super-friendly and eager to help in any way that they can. As a woman traveling alone, it is important to me to feel secure. The La Quinta Inn & Suites in downtown Little Rock did that as covertly as possible. I enjoyed seeing all the pet dogs coming and going from the elevator too. It's good to know there is a lodging establishment that welcomes all members of the family. Usually I am very nervous in the city, but not here!

Good location. Parking deck a nightmare, not connected to hotel, when you enter hotel you have to haul your luggage up stairs to gain access to hotel -no wheeled carts and breakfast does not start early enough. Room carpet dirty and they need to clean behind furniture

We stayed at this hotel for 6 days 5 nights. Not once was the floor swept behind food buffet. in the corner there is a pile of crumbs and fruit loops that have fallen from the buffet table. My room and the hallway of my floor was never vacuumed. The floors in the lobby were very dirty. The elevators smelled like arm pits. the walls of the elevators were covered in greasy finger prints and mystery smears. behind my night stand in my hotel room there was a moldy chewed up chicken wing that has been there for who know how long. If you are expecting to eat the free continental breakfast you better think again. The hotel is rather large and the staff that man the buffet seem to think that they don't need to replenish any food that runs out. On the last day of our stay there was literally a line of 15-20 people who were waiting for someone to come put more food out. The young lady who was responsible for the breakfast line couldn't have cared any less. There was 2 pieces of bread left for a group of over 15 people waiting for milk, eggs, bagels, cereal, orange juice, waffle mix, etc.

If you are a non-smoker, do not stay here! I changed rooms 2 times and they were so bad that I got a migraine. The cleaning supplies were sprayed so strong to cover up the smoke smell it made it even worse. I woke up with a bloody nose from the pollution in the room. The whole hotel was a smokers dream. Even the elevators reeked of weed. All of them. I could not escape it. Im not a prude but I get drug tested for my job so being stuck in an elevator that is like a hot box made me VERY uncomfortable. I would NEVER advise anyone to stay here. It totally sucked.

This was a good stay for the Little Rock Marathon. They had breakfast available and a comfortable place to relax while eating. It was close to the race start line, so that was convenient for me.

Had to change rooms twice due to AC leak and other not woirking. Third room i cleaned filter myself....shuttle was nice and breakfast was great!

This hotel was perfectly adequate for the price. The staff was friendly and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. The free airport shuttle saved us from renting a car which made the price even more economical. Good practical hotel.

This was my first trip to Little Rock on business and I was very pleased about the location to my clients . The added benefit is that I was within walking distance to the center of town. The free shuttle was great. I left my hair brush at home and they took me over to Walgreens to pick up another. Very friendly staff. The hot breakfast was another plus. Nice place for the money. You can find fancier, but for a budget minded traveler, this is a very nice hotel.

The staff was polite, courteous and friendly. The room was noisy, and the shower needed significant maintenance. However, the room was clean, no problems with it or the bed. The food was fair at best.

The room overall didn't feel very clean. There was shampoo and conditioner left over from the previous guest. However the staff was very friendly and accommodating and the shuttle down to the convention center was very convenient.

Overall, the hotel was appropriate for the price that I paid for it. However I was underwhelmed with my experience as a whole. The bathroom was shabby appearing and had left over shampoo and soap from the previous guest. The shower only produced hot water one time out of the three times that I tried to take a shower. On the brights side- the bed was comfortable and the room was a good size. Breakfast was decent and the front desk staff was very friendly.

Excellent service personnel. Very friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed interacting with hotel staff. Would definitely stay there again

The hotel was great, very convenient shuttle service, amazing breakfast, friendly staff. I enjoyed it a lot in Little Rock. Thanks

I apologize for the experience you had at our location while coming for the concert event. We did get overwhelming a bit and room were available during our normal check-in. Please reach out to us at the hotel to discuss your experience. Russell H, GM
