This hotel was very clean. It isn't the best location, but we were extremely satisfied with the room, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff... We will definitely stay again when we're in the area.
Grumpy, dirty, stinky, refused to price match. Other places have been sympathetic to a grandmother travelling with kids & just needing a nap. Not here. Although it was around $50 online it was nearly $80 in person. Donuts & waffles only meant no breakfast for me. Beds were uncomfortable and smelled like animals. Woke up with eyes swollen from allergies.
I am a truck driver travel from state to state. Truckers need to get out of the truck once in a while and sleep in a comfortable bed wash clothes, at feel like your at home out here. I really enjoyed my stay.
Over all the Days Inn was ok. The staff was friendly and courteous. On the other hand the WiFi kept cutting in and out. The bath towels were old and frayed. I was disappointed that I couldn’t get a room on the ground floor and had to lug my luggage up the stairs after a long days drive. It took me awhile to fall asleep due to the thumping noise from another room. This place would not have been my first choice. However it was clean
Nice property but couldn't get a good night sleep cause the bed was very uncomfortable. I property would not stay at this hotel again unless they had more comfortable beds to sleep on an get a good night's rest.
This was a very bad experience. I booked with hotel.com while on the road. I used their web site to determine location and information about their pet policy. The site said that the motel was pet friendly and made no mention of any additional charges for pets. When I booked I specifically confirmed that there was no additional charge for pets, and even rejected another suggested motel because of the rate structure for pets. I checked in without any problem and the manager made no mention of any pet fees. I got a call at the crack of dawn insisting in broken english that I go immediately to the office to pay an additional $23.50 for pet. I have two small dogs. I tried to explain that what I have related above but had a very difficult time communicating with the man on the other end of the line. He made me angry with the way he insisted, without listening to me, that I go immediately to the office and pay. I hadn't even gotten out of bed at that hour. He insisted that the hotel's website listed additional charges for pets but I tried to tell him the I used hotel.com and relied on the information there. I told him to take it up with hotel, com and later confirmed my recollection of the information on the hotel.com website and took a screenshot of it for my records. It was a very unpleasant experience and poorly handled by your management. In addition, neither my wife nor I were happy with the room. The shower was disgusting. It smelled of mold. Neither of us was brave enough to take a shower for fear of getting athlete's foot or worse. The carpet was scary and the bed was uncomforable. I admit that I was budget conscious when I booked the room, but I have stayed in 5 star Wyndham hotels in the past and associated the name with quality, untiil now.
I stopped in to find out how much. It looked to be in a decent area and was well lit. It was very late but the front desk was very nice. Reasonable price and the room was very clean. I often travel alone and want to feel safe. I was able to get s room in the front. I would stay again.
Will never stay here again. Front desk acted like they didn't care. Just gross. Was told it was sent to manager asked for refund was told the manager has to deal with it. Would not recommend very very disappointing.
Easy on off I-40 Clean, quiet and pet friendly, plenty of fast food restaurants and gas within walking distance.Very comfortable beds, decent breakfast. Will return many times when visiting family no need for us to go anywhere else in Little Rock.
Every time I stay, the manager and staff are always polite and courteous. Room is always clean and quite. Stayed here probably 20 or 30 times over last 2 years, always great. There's others in area that cost more, but not as friendly. Highly recommend.
