The hotel is Nice and clean, cozy, convenient and accessible to all stores, the mall and restaurants with friendly helpful polite staff. My go to hotel when i am in the area. Good job hyatt place you rock!

I booked the high floor double room. After driving 9 hours to the hotel with three kids, being extremely exhausted I aspected to enter a clean room. But instead the room had several huge stains on the carpet and the bottom of the tub was dirty and black considering the tub was white. I immediately called the front desk to express my concerns and stated to the front desk worker that I was displeased with the room. She stated that the room was cleaned and that it’s only a poweraid stains on the floor. She stated that the tub was cleaned but could not explain why it was black in color. I expressed to her that I did not paying hundreds of dollars to stay in a dirty room. After arguing with her about how I will not be staying In That room. She sent the house cleaning manager up stairs to me with a cart with cleaning supplies to try to get up the stains. I told her that I didn’t not want to stay inthat room. After 30 mins of the back and forth I was giving another room on the same floor that was smaller. I have stayed at several Hyatt places and Hyatt regency’s. This is by far my worst encounter and this Hyatt place was the most unprofessional and dirties of them all. I would never stay there again! Here are only a few pics of the stains.

Upon checking in, on Wednesday, October 11, the front desk personal wasn't very welcoming. He talked with his head down most of the time. On two occasions there was a bag of trash left by the 2nd floor elevator. (With an odor) The first time housekeeping eventually removed it. On Thursday, Oct 12, another larger bag of trash was left by the same elevator. I informed the front desk as I left the hotel. When I returned later that evening, the same trash was still on the floor. I called down to the front desk and was put on hold for several minutes. I eventually had to go downstairs to the front desk. When I explained that I had tried calling the front desk and being placed on hold: I was told, they were dealing with an issue. Perhaps a different way to respond would have been better received. Unfortunately this wasn't the best experience for us at this hotel.

Just there for a couple of days. It was quiet and clean but dated just a little. I was not crazy about that part of town.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt place, but for some reason i didn't have a phone or a t.v remote control in my room. Other than that the experience was great...

The employees are very pleasant, but the furniture in the lounge needs to be replaced or cleaned, chairs are all stained, also bathrooms need to be updated. They should also have coffee ready for the early risers, they don't serve coffee till 6:30, when the kitchen opens. Holiday Inns have coffee all day.

We had a great time in this hotel. It is in the middle of places we wanted to go. Hot breakfast was good. Staff were really nice, helpful and accommodating. When we come visit Georgia again, we will definitely be back in this place.

The hotel and service was great with the exception of check in. We were a late check in and the lobby door was locked. We called the listed phone number and of course it was the number for all Hyatt's. They called my location and got no answer. I was still on the phone with central when someone walked by the lobby door. We flag them down and they open the door. Once we got in everything was wonderful!

Very clean and modern. breakfast is very good! Vegetarian choices. Bed was awesome compared with the previous hotel that I checked out of early. Don't try something new, stay with this hotel because it is very dependably great and with a good rate!

I was greeted as soon as I stepped into the hotel. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. Once, I checked in the room it was very clean and spacious. The next morning , the complimentary breakfast was hot and delicious. I also love the fact that there was a mall right across the street. I will definitely will be back!!!

This hotel was really quiet and very clean. The staff was extremely friendly. My friends and I were getting together for our once a year girls weekend. The Hotel does expect quiet so it was a little challenging.

Excellent hotel witth friendly staff. This place give me all the comfort and space I needed. breakfaxt and coffee is outstanding in the morning, more than I could ask for, plenty of OJ and other juices in the morning. Really a nice room with space to move about. The bath room could be bigger after getting out of shower to move around. But was fine.

This was my first time staying there and it was nice. There was no wait time to check in, staff was friendly, place was clean and the room was confortable.

Room was exceptionally clean, roomy and comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. Could not have asked for a better place!! I know where I'm staying next time I return to the area!!!

Very Friendly hotel staff. I truly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. I especially liked the cleanliness of the eating area. Everything was well placed. Great experience!

The room was exceedingly comfortable with a great couch! It was easy to get comfortable in the evenings. Room was spacious and very clean. Staff was super friendly. Although the breakfast was continental (which I prefer), the choices were many and great. I will definitely stay here again!

We are currently renovating our home and needed a place to stay for a few days until everything is ok to bring home our newborn. Upon check in staff was very helpful and explained where everything was and all the amenities. The first room they sent me to had a weird smell to it almost like mold. We immediately returned to the desk and they gave me another room and went to check that room asap. The second room was great. The young lady who was working the desk and breakfast area the next morning was very sweet and nice. I was carrying food and coffee for me and my husband back upstairs and she took the time out to open the elevator and press my floor. She made me feel really welcomed. The night audit guy was very friendly as well with assisting me with reactivating my keys. The staff made the stay enjoyable.

disgusting room conditions!

disappointment

nice spring break getaway
