The staff is very nice..they need to clean the kitchen better and bathrooms no good...you could smell the dirty carpet when you go in the rooms they need to clean the carpets..dirty around the kitchen and bathroom sink faucets no good.. Overall they need to clean better..thank you
There were cars with flat tires and no plates on them that made it look trashy. Bikes locked up to light poles. But I liked that people who live there weren’t on the first floor. The washer was a little pricy but happy to use it. I would stay there again. Also one of the lights was broken. Otherwise it was very nice and quiet
The property was fine, but no bells or whistles. We were only staying 2 nights so we didn't need the kitchenette, but would be nice for someone staying longer.
Okay, the location was what I needed and the room okay.

It's fine. The room was clean, the facilities are decent. This is definitely not a customer service oriented sort of place--nothing outrageous, but clearly, no one here takes any pride in their job, or understands that they are part of the "hospitality industry". There were a bunch of strung out kids hanging out outside at all hours day and night, smoking and makes me wonder if it is a drug den sort of living place. The television didn't work--all snow, and all but three channels were unwatchable but given the overall lack of interest from staff we didn't bother reporting it...
Constant loud leaking faucet, gross stained counter top, freezing ice cold halls.
I have family in Woodridge and Bolingbrook and have been staying in hotels in Bolinbgrook, Naperville, Lisle and Lombard when I visit. Just found this hotel near Rt. 53 and Warrenville Rd. and it is pretty new, clean, great location (near Morton Arboretum), and allowed me to go many places without ever getting on the rip-off Illinois tollway system ;-) The only negative (for some people) is there were dogs throughout the hotel so 2 dogs in the room next door (they barked occasionally) and saw "dog inside" signs on probably 3-4 rooms on my floor. I would recommend. Nothing high-end, just nice, clean and relatively cheap.
When I arrived at 2:30 pm, no one was at the front desk, then she asked if I'd come back after check in at 3 because no rooms were ready, the carpet in hallway was stained and horrible, the beds were both warped and hard, the non smoking room smelled like smoke, the kitchen towels were dirty and after hours assistance is hard because the front desk closes completely down and the front doors are locked. This was the worse extended stay ever. There was no couch or living area. Do not go to this room......
