This place baffles me. I stayed two non-consecutive nights and each experience was different. The first night was okay but upon my return, my new room was freezing because the window was open. The person at the front desk mentioned something about mold? The heat never really kicked in and the wifi/TV didn't work. By that time I gave up. The clerk offered me tea or coffee because of the heat issue. I give the staff a 10 .
Close to everything! Clean rooms, but they do need to put fans in the room if it gets warm.

Located right near the bus station which was convenient but I wish the bathrooms had curtains.

Nice hotel right in the middle of everything. Near great pubs, tours, car parks. The staff was wonderful as was the breakfast each morning. Great experience. I’ll be back.

The location was great! The condition of our room was not. The pictures I looked at online must have been from a renovated room. This one smelled musty, was outdated, and had significant wear. It looked like a few people had punched the dry wall in the room. Just feel like I didn’t get what I paid for.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, although a bit dated. The staff were great and the dining room is lovely. Very conveniently located close to the train station and the center of town.
