Solid hotel for the money. Some rooms have incredible views of Lisbon. Extremely helpful and courteous staff.

Found a special rate on this hotel through a last-minute search for an overnight layover in Lisbon. We were adventurous and took the city bus from the airport to the hotel, with is right around the corner from a main bus stop. Later took the bus to the Lisbon center with just as much ease. Although on a somewhat unimpressive city street, he hotel very impressive and the room outstanding for the price. Supermarket and a few nice cafe's just down the street.

it worth any penny . Strongly recommend to anybody .

It was fine for the price paid. everyone is friendly.

It's a new built hotel. My room is on first floor. The carpet of floor is dirty. Maybe it couldn't be cleaned. All others are clean and comfortable.

My stay in this hotel was wonderful. The highlights of this hotel were the overwhelming kindness of the entire staff and the beautiful rooms. (Marble bathrooms, modern and comfortable decor.) The only drawback with VIP was the lack of Wi-Fi. They do have a computer available with a coin slot, but it seemed pricey. (Two euros for 15 minutes of use!) But the staff let me use their computer behind the front desk to print out my boarding pass. Both my sister and I stayed two nights for a total of $147! The airport is not far (8-10 euro cab fare.. 5- 10 minutes) and the metro is a three minute walk from the hotel. The area is not the prettiest, but it didn't really matter since the metro was so convenient and simple to use to get anywhere in the city.

I stayed Villa Rica very comfortable for 6 days. Perfect room temperature, quite room with window closed, nice hot breakfast, then all staff are very warm and kind. Internet access was very helpful in my room. Fitness center was closed for the renovation. It was unlucky for this month, october. Metro and taxi access is excellent. I also enjoy morning jogging in the park next to the hotel. I stoped at the supermarket to get my big water bottle after my run. I loved it. It was excellent! Thank you very much.

The rooms were big and comfortable, bathroom was spacious. Everything was clean, and the rooms were made up on time. The hotel was not too far from the airport which made getting a cab fairly easy and is located on a well known street so its easy to be found. Very close to the metro so it made getting around lisbon easy. Staff spoke good English which was welcome, however they felt just a little cold.

I was alone and felt the warmth of the wonderful city. Despite I only speak English everyone was helpful and accomadating to the extent they drew directions on maps for me. It was all I wanted, to spend 1 day alone in the city before returning home.

Great Price! Not the nicest area-but you get what you pay for! Easy to get downtown and only .80. Very convenient to the airport. Rooms are a little dingy- not bad. Disappointed in the room service- very very expensive and not very good.
