Me and my girlfriend payed our second visit to this hotel in april, its handy if you have a car for parking and then a short taxi drive into the city centre, The hotels really nice with friendly staff and a nice breakfast and Lisbon's a brilliant city. cant wait to return

We had the family rooms, we are traveling with two children. We were pleasantly surprise. We arrived at 11 and they allow us to check in early, that made a huge difference with the kids. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. I actually was able to sleep, the beds are great. What we like the most was the breakfast. It was included in the price of the room and it was great! Everything was fresh and there was a great variety of things. The hotel is only 15 min away from the Center. A confortable UBER will cost you 6€ . I would definitely come back.

Great breakfast, clean rooms, 4 minutes walking from Metro and 6 stations from the center of Lisbon. Only 10 minutes driving from the airport, just a little bit noisy during airplane landing. Big garage and very friendly stuff. Recommended for a business or a short touristic visit!

welcome by the relation manager she guide you from entrance till your room and provides with all you want to know room on 9 floor great vieuw and clean a lot of soaps etc rooms are nice decorated dinner very good service very good too breakfast one of the best a wide variation of cheeses breads fruits smoothies and so on dont stay for one day ,you need a week fortaste every thing perfect

Stayed for 4 days and really enjoyed it. Wellness is small but most of the time we were alone there which was great! The stuff was very helpful, room was comfortable and good-sized. Metro station is located near. Definitely recommend!

A clean, contemporary hotel, chosen by the conference organisers as a good place to stay. Getting there from the airport was easy, once I had found the Aerobus (€4 fare) and was told that the stop was just outside. Checking in was smooth, the room on the 7th floor was clean and comfortable but lacking a kettle... I wasn't there for the view - from my bed I could see the back of the Ibis hotel next door - but standing by the window I could see the red arch of Benfica football club in the middle distance. I could also see the undercarriage of planes that had just taken off from the airport. Fortunately, good double glazing meant that any noise disturbance was minimal. The location of the hotel seemed to be some distance from local amenities, but a stroll revealed that El Corte Ingles shopping centre was only 5 minutes walk away. Various local cafes and restaurants are to be found around here. Right outside the hotel is a taxi rank for quick access to other parts of the city. The Yellow and Red tourist buses both stop on the street - but I did not have time to use either. Steps alongside the hotel lead down to a lower street where the Praça de Espanha metro station can be found. I did use this coming back from the city centre and it was an easy and very cheap journey (€1.90). Such lovely staff - all speak English - who responded to each request with a smile. The restaurant staff at breakfast time were very good. The breakfast buffet was excellent and I enjoyed eating there. On my last evening I ate alone in the restaurant and had a very good meal, even when I commented on the asparagus risotto. A lack of asparagus tips concerned me, so my waiter took the dish back to the chef with an apology. He returned with asparagus tips now in place on the dish, and offered another glass of wine as recompense. The local house white was delightful. I can also recommend the chocolate mousse with pink peppercorns - yum! And the live music? A singer and pianist in the bar were working their way through jazz and swing classics and we could hear them clearly in the restaurant, until someone turned on the canned music. I called the waiter over to ask if it could be turned off so we could hear the singer. After checking with other diners, he complied. A very pleasant evening.

Nice place, nice people, delicious food and drinks, clean rooms, kind staff, good atmosphere and good location! I recommend this place for everybody, especially for teambuildings. I'm really satisfied.

Very good and kind support in reception, clean, silent and comfortable rooms, good wi-fi service, rich breakfast in spacious environment, very near to metro-station, near to very big shopping center (400-500 mt), near to city-tour-station (50 mt). Exactly advice this hotel !

Went there with a last minute reservation. Great place. The check in experience was great. The room is spacious enough and had a great quality sleep. The bath and toilet are well stuffed and clean. The breakfast spread could be done a bit better but serves the purpose. Check out experience was also great. Location - 8/10 Room - 9/10 Friendliness of staff - 9/10 Return - Yes

Ive been staying in this hotel in april 30th for 3 nights I paid 322€ for those 3 night therefore i was expected something better as ive been to equivalent hotel 4* Pros:The hotel is well located, close to the airport, city center, tube and bus Cons: very noisy as the planes about to land are passing just on top of the hotel Good size room. Nice bathroom Noisy inside the hotel as u can hear everything from the room. Its not isolated enough No coffee or tea maker in the room The carpet is a bit overdated Breakfast is expensive Not easy to park by the hotel I will not recommend this place Mercure and even ibis hotel are better quality and less pricy
