Excellent hotel, with all the facilities that you need. The room was clean and tidy, had a balcony overlooking the sea which was great. Staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, especially the barman who was so chatty and giving us useful tips of places to go and to see. The breakfast was great, everything you wanted really. Convenient location, close to the sea, the trains and the buses to get to everywhere you needed (the hill was a bit of a climb), but all in all I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

We stayed in hotel for week, everywhere was lovely and clean, our room was spotless, Maria and Philip were so pleasant and helpful. The view from breakfast room Is wonderful, also our bedroom. Breakfast was lovely staff very helpful. The walk from hotel to Cascais along beach so relaxing. We found hotel very nice and would definitely go back as location is great.

Beautifully located just above the Tamariz beach and a few minutes from the shops and restaurants, this hotel where I remain during five nights is the place to be in Estoril. Comfortable bedrooms, very helpful personal, very good breakfast ! I shall come back again for sure !

Hotel located for easy access to main roads. In the room, even when windows are closed, you hear the train and the street trafic. The personnel is kind and effective. The room was OK, but the bathroom was much too small (difficult to close the door). Not many amenities, more like a 2 stars. Too expensive, but includes breakfast buffet and Wi-Fi.

Title says it all, really. Good value, good food (English breakfast) and 100 yards from the railway station. Train from here will take you into Lisbon for about 5Euro return.Could do with tea/coffee making facilities in the room but most Portuguese hotels are like that. Yes the hotel is looking a little tired in places and perhaps its time for a bit of work, but dont let that put you off. Staff are very nice and helpful; nothing is too much trouble. Try it.

Beautiful setting( we had a sea view from our room)!!!! Pretty grand looking from outside... Very friendly staff on desk and in the hotel bar!!! But thankfully we were only there 1 night.... the rock solid bed i could actually cope with, but the 1 flat pillow each( no,we didn't have extras in the wardrobe!!!) gave me such a bad neck ache the following morning...( would of asked for more had we been staying another night) so easily resolved.... BUT the paper thin walls were a completely different story..... woken at 2 am( after going to bed at 1am) by our" neighbors" coming in...could hear( clearly every word they said) and them woken by them getting up at 6 am..... we even heard him yawn... not to mention hearing them pee!!!! Not great for us,but we also had our young daughter with us who was also awoken!! Left the hotel with a neck ache and absolutely shattered!!!! Not rested at all.... Early night for us!!! Could be a real gem..... needs an influx of money tho...!!!

We have stayed here before and not a lot has changed. The hotel is in a great position, the staff are lovely, the breakfast good BUT it's definitely time for a refurb. The carpets are marked and threadbare in some parts, the bathroom tiles and fittings are beginning to crack and look ugly and the pillows are awful. On the bright side the rooms have fantastic views. The road is noisy but with the window shut at night both my husband and myself slept well. We were on the fifth floor at the front. The room was very clean and there was no shortage of toiletries every day. It is near to the train station and local buses and a lovely stroll on the prom along to Cascais every day was a pleasure to do. We would go back but a refurb would change this hotel from good to fantastic!!

Everything was very nice except the beds. They were to hard. Good breakfast and nice personal on the hotel. Near to the train and also very close to the casino. Two stations from Cascai how is a very nice and cozy.

The only good thing about this hotel is the view, but even that is marred by the staining in the Windows and we had to stick out head out the window to see it as no balconies on sixth floor and we could not be accommodated with a room with a balcony. We arrived in searing heat and the air conditioning not working in room, the bathroom is so small you have to maneuver around the door as the toilet is behind the door and it doesn't open fully, it was also grotty, cracked tiles and brown mound on tiles, the carpets throughout hotel had seen better days looks like someone walked around with a bleach bottle spilling it.. Leaving drop marks everywhere. Hotel needs updating!! Breakfast basic but ok and staff in breakfast area very nice, bar terrible took so long to get a drink we gave up! Overall a very poor experience not to be recommended.

I stayed 3 nights with my girlfriend and had a very enjoyable stay . The Hotel deserves its 3 stars . We were on the 6 th floor with no sea view ,so had no noise from the road . The Breakfast was great with Stunning Views. The Hotel Staff were very friendly and supplied sparkling wine for my Girlfriends Birthday . I would certainly use the Hotel again .
