Hotel staff did not let me check in early (1pm) to address a medical condition. no toothpaste in room. Staff directions to finding anything nearby = terrible, could tell they weren't concerned whether I got lost or not. Was wondering around and none of the staff took the time to offer help. Staff didn't even assist with parking my car when I asked, the Chinese restaurant next door provided me parking assistance.

Nice hotel with easy access to the metro and a short drive to the airport.

All was excelente the only observation was the breakfast poor.

PROS: The hotel is very comfortable. It has a nice little bar on the ground floor for your morning espresso or for an evening drink. The rooms are up-to-date and comfortable, and ours had an oversized balcony with a spectacular view. The staff was professional. CONS: The breakfast was not great. Some good food here and there, but literally the worst coffee I have ever had, in any city, of any country, in my entire life. Pathetic fitness center.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were spacious, clean, anf comfy. Location was great about 5mins ride from airport and 10min ride from town center. Will return in the future.

Overall have no complaints, this is a solid european style 4 star hotel with some nice boutique hotel type touches. It's close to the Roma metro stop so getting around isn't too tough but it is pretty far away from what I would consider the core Lisbon attractions and neighborhoods. If you don't mind a bit of travel time this is a solid choice.

Close to two localPortuguese restaurants, the waiter spoke enough english to order food, also the hotel is next to a chinese buffet restaurant, cheap a 7.50 Euros.

Hotel is placed near mass transport point and staff are very kind. The breakfast was excellent.

This is a fairly ordinary hotel - it's comfortable enought, conveniently located close to the airport (not an airport hotel), the metro, and the train stations. It offers a hot breakfast buffet which is a great plus for travelers with kids. However, I wish there was a coffee machine in the room. Also, not sure how a hotel can be rated 4 stars without a pool and a gym facilities. Another thing - the inside of the closets smelled must and dirty. We only stayed in the hotel for one night so it didn't matter as much as it probably would had we stayed for longer. Lastly, although they are very close to the airport, they charge 25 euros for a shuttle ride there. We ended up taking a taxi (several of which are idling in front of the hotel at all times) for 10 euros. Bottom line - I would recommend the hotel but with caveats.

Very well located next to a Metro Station, also very close to the international airport, great value for a 4 stars hotel.

Very near to Metro. Very Good breakfast. Best cost performance.

Staff did not know about parking rules regarding meter parking on the streets.Did lot of sight seeing by driving.Had real great time visiting, looking forward to another trip.

Very nice hotel. Nice rooms. Quiet. Great Indian cooking in the restaurant. Reasonably priced.
