We stayed here our last night before leaving Portugal. The hotel is just a quick metro ride to both downtown and the airport. Hotel staff were nice and very helpful. We even got to check-in a little early. Room, including bathroom were very clean, modern and quiet. Breakfast was good. Would stay here again.

The hotel was very dirty and unkept. When we arrived the staff was rude.

Hotel staff did not let me check in early (1pm) to address a medical condition. no toothpaste in room. Staff directions to finding anything nearby = terrible, could tell they weren't concerned whether I got lost or not. Was wondering around and none of the staff took the time to offer help. Staff didn't even assist with parking my car when I asked, the Chinese restaurant next door provided me parking assistance.
Nice hotel with easy access to the metro and a short drive to the airport.
All was excelente the only observation was the breakfast poor.
PROS: The hotel is very comfortable. It has a nice little bar on the ground floor for your morning espresso or for an evening drink. The rooms are up-to-date and comfortable, and ours had an oversized balcony with a spectacular view. The staff was professional. CONS: The breakfast was not great. Some good food here and there, but literally the worst coffee I have ever had, in any city, of any country, in my entire life. Pathetic fitness center.
