Good price, but the room was too small. Good location.

Arrived w/ a second guest and was told I had originally been put in a room with a single bed (although I requested a standard room). Then charged an extra $15/nt. for a standard double room. I don't understand that. A key card is required to turn on the lights and air conditioning in the room. Every time this is done, you have to call the front desk and have them disable some kind of lock on the air conditioning. It's absurd. I was put in a room immediately outside the maid's closet so that there was noise from 8am every day, and people constantly outside the door. The staff were at least relatively helpful and friendly, but I felt the hotel's policies were cheap, the carpets could use an upgrade, and the room was small. Overall not very impressed.

Nice staff, nice location, but the room it's so simple and the bed is not good, good for one night ,but for me the lack of decoration and details make me feel sad., but the other hotel Dom Carlos Park have greats rooms with more details and a very good bed, excellent staff and great location ,near to metro station , because I don't like the room they move me to the other hotel Dom Carlos Park

The location of the hotel is great, very close to the beginning of the line of all hop-on hop-off buses. Also close to many other points of interest. The receptionist was very nice and helpful, she recommended day trips and booked them for us. Both the room and the bathroom are small but very clean, the bed linens were changed daily. Also, we appreciated the fact that breakfast was included. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and the food was very good. Would definitely stay here again.

Very close to the Metro. Can go directly to the airport or principal attractions downtown. Excellent English speaking staff, clean rooms well soundprooffed but a bit tight. Breakfast included, not just pastries, either. Safe neighborhood. Never felt threatened anywhere in Lisbon. Most people speak English...dont try Spanish...a waste of time. And while written Portuguese is comprehensible....spoken is something else. Go to this hotel!
