The front desk staff and all hotel staff were wonderful to interact with, prompt, and very helpful. The spa is beautiful and the entire facility is stunning. There is a Michelin star restaurant in the lobby, as well as amazing bar, roof top, & outdoor dining area. Will absolutely be back for another visit. Thank you for your hospitality
Property veiws( we had marina) were spectacular. Friendly staff. Only downside were the cocktails. Worst Martini I’ve ever had( it came out green) and my wife’s cosmopolitan was way to sweet. If you want a glass of wine or beer then it’s ok, cocktails definitely go somewhere else. Breakfast was fantastic. Room very comfortable
The air conditioning wasn’t working in the room they gave us. They tried to convince us that we can stay in the same room and leave the windows open. Later they moved us to another room where the shower wasn’t draining and water flooded all over the bathroom.
Was very disappointed that our room was not ready even at the check in time of 3pm. We had arrived at 12:30 approximately and we were promised they will do their best to have the room ready quickly!
