After a couple of weeks walking the Camino this tiny town was exactly what we needed. A long, long beach to pamper your toes and dozens and dozens of unique eateries. This hotel is reputed to have the best food. Breakfast is good with lots of options. Right on the beach. A beautiful view.

A group of 9 golfers stayed for a week and had a great time. At the airport we realised one had lost their passport. We phoned the Sana who found the lost passport in the room and arranged a taxi to get it to us at the airport in time for the flight. Many, many thanks for such a wonderful and personal service. It put the icing on the cake for the week.

Just returned from this gorgeous little part of Portugal. The hotel was excellent. Right on the seafront, a large beautiful beach in a bay right in front of the hotel and a stones throw from many authentic restaurants. Rooms are spotless, beds are comfy. Only a minor thing but tea and coffee making facilities would have been good in the rooms. The pool area on the 6th floor is great. You feel like you are on a cruise ship! Such a fabulous stay. Would definitely return

We stayed in different Sana hotels, and this one was really sad. In front of the waterfront, charming beautiful location needs very well renovation. Rooms are so narrow so we couldn't walk through. Pictures on the website are done so good that you want to book, but when you enter the room feeling is that you are back in 00's. We were trying to find the switch for the bedside lamp(only one) for 20 minutes: and after proper search we found one behind the pillow :( of course during the night while we were sleeping we managed to turn all lights on several times. Quite interesting location for the switch. Hairdryer is so old that we even didn't bother to make him work, and let him stay on the pension. Most irritating thing for me was overpriced drinks in the bar: milkshake cost same as an alcohol cocktail, Gin tonics with good Gin cost more then 15Euro. We come from Danmark and 15Euros here costs Champagne long island ice tea not 4cl Gin Tonic. Besides all that pity wedding anniverasary vacation stay on Sana Sesimbra. The staff are great, always happy to help and always smile. Thank you guys.

My husband and I stayed at this lovely hotel from 12th to 15th of Sept. We had a suite on the second floor with amazing views of the beach and the sea. We enjoyed our suite with lots of space and comfort and great tea/coffee facilities The only thing was the bathroom door opens and hits the toilet and the carpets could do with a professional clean otherwise it was wonderful I would like to thank the front desk staff for dealing with a request within minutes of asking them I needed a bath rubber mat in order not to slip while coming in and out of the bath post hip treatment and I got it immediately. Breakfast was good with a lot of choice. The only thing that confused us was the hotel is a zero tolerence smoking zone but despite 4 "no smoking" signs around the pool there were 8 people smoking ? We would recommend this hotel and you will enjoy your stay Thank you Sana Seisimbra.

My wife and I stay at this hotel for 3 nights. Our room vas sea view it was wonderful. Perfect view with sea sound.the room was clean and the staffs were so polite and perfect behavior. We arrive at 2 o’clock with the taxi which was arrange by hotel. In addition they helped me to Surprise my wife in her birth day with a delicious cack and sparkling wine(Amazing). The pool was good clean and good view of sea. The break fast was good and complete. We will leave this hotel tomorrow and we are so sad. We will back to this hotel surely next year.

Dirty carpet in the room, scratchy towels & substandard breakfast. The pool is smaller than it looks in the pics and during our stay there were babies in diapers in the pool which deter us from getting in. The jacuzzi is tiny, 2 people max. We left the room around 9am came back around 2pm and it was still not cleaned during the week; there are minimum amenities in the room (not even a box of kleenex) so bring plenty of toiletries. Location is great but that’s all you’re paying for.

We were having our wedding in nearby Azeitao and had all of our guests stay at the hotel for a minimum of two nights. Many people stayed three. Although the hotel knew in advance that we were getting married that weekend and that we had brought the hotel a significant piece of business with all of our guests staying there (nearly 80 people total), the hotel made no effort whatsoever to acknowledge this. We were not expecting royal treatment by any means, but a nice note, bottle of wine, or even verbal greeting and thank-you would have been nice.

we have been with our big family (11 people) we had (almost) all our rooms at the same floor as prefered. The rooms are very clean, airconditioning not noisy at all, big bed, every day clean towels, although once in a few days might have been good too, thinking of the environment..We had one sea view room with a nice balcony, what a stunning ocean view! The breakfast is a buffet with a lot of choices, fruits, egg, many different kind of bread and cakes, excelent! Towel for the swimmingpool available, beach just one step from the hotel. Very friendly staf, as we had a late flight, we got clean towel to take a shower before leaving, at the gym. Nice roof pool with comfortable seats. Nice area, a lot of restaurants and with to local bus in one hour to Lisbon. We enjoyed our stay very much!

It is a really beautiful sightseeing over the ocean. Excellent location, super nice staff and lovely decoration. The village is really cosy with lots of tourists and street animation! Very close to restaurants and shopping areas. An experience to repeat!
