Very well location, across the Parque metro station but with lots of flaws: -no variation of the breakfast menu and pretty poor also -pretty small rooms but this is no problem, but the fact that the door has a whole beneath it and anyone can hear you and viceversa is a serious issue. A nice thing is the AC, even in a hot summer day in 5 minutes you fell like being in the freezer.

The receptionists were not always very friendly, but they've been so educated. The hotel has a very good location, in front of the metro, close to a grocery store, shopping, good restaurants. It is clean, spacious room.

Small room, no real amenities, no TV remote, no air-con remote, but what do you really want for such a low price? If you go on a city break in a city like Lisbon, the only things you should be doing in your hotel are sleeping, waking up, washing, eating breakfast and going to see the sites; this hotel is in the perfect location for Parque Station, has a lovely coffee shop and corner-store close by, and has a lot of wonderful parks and sites within a close walk.

We had a small room but it didn't affect us because we were gone almost all day long. The room had good temperature taking into account the fact that we didn't use AC. The breakfast was poor and had no variation. Had only hard boiled eggs each morning which can be annoying sometimes. The room was very well cleaned each day. The location was the best. Near to park, shopping mall, restaurants and at 30 min walk to city center on the main artery of circulation under lots of trees which made the walk very pleasant.

Good place for sleeping. The bed was confortable, the temperature was correct because of the air condition. The underground station (blue line) is in front of the hotel, so you can get everywhere in the city in 15 minutes.

After reading some of these reviews it is clear that it depends which room you stay in. Our room was so bad we logged on Air BNB and moved after one night of out 4 night stay. It was one of the dearer 3 star hotels we stayed in in Europe. Much better value can be found elsewhere. Pros: near the metro station, towels were fluffy. Cons: in the business area of Lisbon so not much going on, rooms are depressing and dark, bed was like a plank of wood, pillows were like flat pancakes, bathroom was old, tiny and shower unusable, tv did not work, no tea coffee making facilities or fridge, reception man was scary and unhelpful, the reception area stunk of cigarette smoke. All in all the worst place I have ever stayed. I feel bad writing that but sometimes it is what it is.

Sad, bad and just plain depressing! Small and dark room, felt itchy and made me weep! I have seen some poor hotel rooms in my time- but this one takes the biscuit! And the reception staff were rude! To top it off it has the feel of a sanitorium- with doctors' clinics upstairs near the bedrooms. 😛

This is a perfectly fine hotel as a base for a few days in Lisbon. It's just a 3 star hotel so don't expect something fancy; it is basic but the rooms are clean and service is also good. Whilst not located exactly in the heart of the city, it's directly opposite Parque metro station with a quick direct transfer into Baixa and all main attractions

Conveniently situated just across from the Parque Metro stop, near centre of Lisbon. Beautiful Edward VII park just across the road. The hotel is quiet, well-managed, with friendly staff. It is clean, comfortable, modest accommodation, with simple and tasty breakfast.

Friendly hotel basic but clean ideal for long weekend city break. Close to bus station and rail link. Staff were helpful. Good continental breakfast. Reasonable bar prices compared to Lisbon prices. Ten minute walk to main bars and restaurants. We used the buses, hop on hop off, brilliant way to see Lisbon. Good value for money, we paid 20 euros pp for two days A visit to the aquarium is a must as well as the castle, fantastic views. Get off the bus at Belem Tower on the river for a stroll and light refreshment. Although the hotel does not have any outside seating area there are plenty of bars within a five minute walk. Would definitely stay here again.
