For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, as well as a washer, dryer, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The two bedrooms have a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The property includes complimentary parking for one car, making it convenient for guests with their own vehicles.

Just a short drive or walk away, you can explore the vibrant Cascais town centre, known for its charming cobblestone streets, bustling cafés, shops, and restaurants. For beach lovers, Praia da Ribeira is only 5 minutes by car, ideal for soaking up the sun by the Atlantic.

The picturesque Cascais Marina is nearby, offering a scenic waterfront filled with dining options and stunning views. Nature enthusiasts will love visiting the dramatic cliffs at Boca do Inferno or taking a leisurely walk in the beautiful Parque Marechal Carmona, with its lush gardens and tranquil atmosphere. Culture seekers can visit the Casa das Histórias Paula Rego, a museum dedicated to one of Portugal’s most famous artists.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
