Designed with modern countryside charm, this apartment blends style with comfort. The living area offers a cozy spot to watch TV after a day of exploring, along with a dining table for shared meals.

The kitchen is a welcoming space, fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery for preparing meals. A small laundry room with a washing machine adds extra convenience.

There are three inviting bedrooms: the first features a queen bed, a walk-in closet, and access to a shared bathroom. The second has a comfortable double bed, while the third offers two single beds. A service bathroom in the hallway provides added convenience.

Step onto the charming balcony to soak in the sunlight and enjoy the fresh air.

Located in the heart of Lisbon, Santa Justa is a vibrant area known for its rich history, stunning architecture, and central location. One of its most famous landmarks is the Santa Justa Lift, a striking neo-Gothic elevator that connects the lower streets of Baixa to the higher Carmo Square, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the city. The area is filled with charming streets, lively squares, and a mix of traditional and modern shops, making it a perfect spot to explore Lisbon’s unique blend of old and new.

Santa Justa is just a short walk from major attractions like Rossio Square, the Carmo Convent ruins, and the bustling Rua Augusta. Visitors can enjoy the local café culture, indulge in authentic pastéis de nata, or explore the nearby Chiado district for theatres, bookstores, and upscale boutiques. With its central location and cultural highlights, Santa Justa is a must-visit for those looking to experience the essence of Lisbon.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Rossio, is just 60 meters away.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 26-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, tenants are requested to complete a tenant registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
