The 10-minute walk takes you to the Tamariz beach and just five minutes to the Estoril Casino. For sports lovers there is no shortage of offers. Next to the property there are six golf courses, several tennis courts and beaches for surfing, windsurfing, kitte or paddelsurf (Parede, Carcavelos, Guincho, Ericeira).

Wedding in portugal

I got married in portugal and chose this property for 11 guests and kids … it was a beautiful home with a lot of character and charm. Would highly recommend .. easy bolt pickup and access to beaches and everything in town.

Fantastic!!

We had a group of 12 rent this amazing home for a week, and it was absolutely perfect! We had everything we needed, as well as a few things––like the outdoor kitchen––that normally we'd only dream about. The group thinks I'm a hero for finding this diamond, so thank you for that! :) Check-in was a breeze; Silvia was excellent. We all went to high school together here in Portugal in the 1980s, and this beautiful property made us feel right at home. Muito obrigada!

Lovely home for large groups

Lovely property well suited to handle large groups such as ours. The grounds are perfect for a large group and the house has multiple spaces to congregate. Though beautiful in layout, upkeep of the home has been neglected so there might be a few surprises. Nonetheless, for the price, this is a good deal.

June 2019 Stay

We were a large party of friends staying for 4 nights and this villa was ideal for us. The location was great, 15min walk into Estoril or 5 mins in a taxi to Cascais, €4 max. It was also a great base if you wanted to go further, taxi to Lisbon was €22 & 25min drive. We used Uber which was super handy. The villa is old style Portuguese and spotlessly clean with lots of space to lounge and relax in and outdoors. It is right beside the main road so you can hear the traffic when you sit outside but that didn't bother us at all and it made getting taxis very easy. I would recommend this place for large groups and location! Silva was very helpful and responsive to any queries we had. We had a wonderful stay.
