We booked this through RCI as a two bedroom apartment, which was actually a one bedroom main unit and a one bedroom lockout. Since there were just two of us, we only used the main unit. Overall, this was a very nice, well-maintained resort. The people at the front desk spoke excellent English and were very friendly and helpful. The unit was large, had plenty of dishes, and a dishwasher, small refrigerator, microwave, stove top, and large portable oven, all in a single-sided Pullman kitchen. There was a big balcony that could be reached from either the living room or the bedroom with a wall to provide privacy from the next unit. There was also housekeeping service every day. The building has an elevator. The lockout unit had only a microwave, refrigerator, and two place settings. If you were in that unit only it would be hard to prepare your own meals. It did have its own balcony, but not as big as the main unit one. The resort has two unheated outdoor pools and one heated indoor pool. At the indoor pool they require a bathing cap that can be purchased for €5 at the spa, although we saw some people in the pool without one. It’s a pretty big property but the apartment building is close to the hotel. We would definitely stay here again. The walls were a little thin and we could hear people in another unit talking and moving their dining room chairs around. The portable oven was big enough to cook a pizza but took up all the counter space making meal prep a little cramped. It would work better if they put it on a separate cart. There was no washing machine in the unit, building, or resort, for personal use. They had a laundry service but if you’re staying for a week like we did that would be a little pricey. The unit did have two large drying racks that we set up on the balcony and we washed some clothes by hand. It would be nice if there was at least a washing machine for the building. Torres Vedres is the nearest town for shopping, we used the Continente grocery store. It was very busy whenever we went in and they don’t supply bags. Either bring your own or buy one while you’re there.

Personally I felt the hotel was a little tired - there could be room for improvement. I didn't pay the 400 Euro's a night but if I had I would have been very unhappy - certainly wouldn't warrant that sort of money. Was a little shocked to find we had to pay for coffee in our room when it says coffee and tea provided. The setting was great and the food and staff were very accommodating

Had a nice stay here after Secret Escapes mucked up our original booking ! Nice staff and breakfast was great but not much for non golfers like myself , but couldn’t fault the service ! Near to Torre Vegras that had more nightlife and history

golfcourse to be improved although last 9 holes are much better nice rooms ; service at restaurant just fair ; access difficult at night . surroundings are not exceptional as the hotel is part of a recent developped ressort

Very limited and poor vegetarian options, it was quite difficult to find enough options to eat and over the span of 4 days I got the same poor pasta twice. I was disappointed there were no more vegetarian dinner options

Nice Golf Hotel, Nice rooms but breakfast room a little bit overdue, and needs new furniture and refreshment. bar and restaurant are very good with nice food and quality golf courses are good Horse riding is very expencieve

The hotel is a part of golf village/resort, which consist of hotel itself and apartments and houses block situated uphills. So golf perhaps is the primary reason to visit this location, cause it's out of Lisbon ( some 40 minute drive to airport ) and not close to the seaside. The hotel also have certain conference facilities. Apart golf, quests could enjoy 2 pools ( outside and inside ). The rooms was large and properly equiped. Mine has large balcony with view on nearby hills. Bathroom was large and consisted of bath and separate shower. Espresso machine available in the room, but be careful - they charge for coffee tablets used (!). Breakfast and lunch ( both buffet style ) was of good quality and variety, including local specialities. Positive: all ambience of the hotel; large rooms Negative: limited choice of toiletries in bathroom, having in mind they claim to be 5* hotel; pure quality coffee from the pot during the breakfast; and the most annoying - charge for coffee refill in the room - this I never expirienced in hotels, offering such service. Overall it's nice location, with relatively good quality service, but probably best for golfers only.

I visited the hotel while on a conference and it was one of the nicest conference hotels that I have been to. My room was lovely and comfortable with a nice private balcony with great views over some vineyards. Be warned though this hotel is quite some way out of the town of Lisbon so you will spend a lot of time and money getting in and out of the town. Probably not the best choice for a weekend city break of sight seeing but if you just want a hotel to relax in, play golf etc then it would be fine. All the public areas of the hotel were to a high standard and while I only had one dinner at the hotel the food was good.

It is a beautiful hotel set in lovely grounds. Unfortunately my weather wasn’t good - which obviously couldn’t be helped by hotel. The hotel was further out of Lisbon than I appreciated. On the first day to get into Lisbon I had to get a taxi from hotel to local town €15 then bus to Metro station on outskirts of Lisbon €7 then Metro into city centre €6. I certainly didn’t want the hassle of that everyday so rented a car in city centre which then made getting about great. I was on half board and the menu in the restaurant was the same every night for my stay. I found this very limiting. The breakfast although plentiful and generally of good quality the hot !! food was a disaster. The plates were cold and the food was luke warm with the bacon hardly cooked. This aspect was very disappointing. The quality of the hotel re cleanliness etc was great and all the staff very helpful and pleasant.

Nice golf resort with excellent inside and outside pools. Good Spa. Tennis courts are poor however. Good restaurants and friendly staff. The house we were staying in was excellent, spacious, all equipment there and good Wifi
