Located between the heart of Downtown Lincolnton & the retail district this property is a great Stop & Stay for whatever brings you to town. A quick 3min drive to downtown will drop you in the center of many unique local shops and restaurants.

For the nostalgic gamer, or if you just want to show your kids what gaming was like back in the day, checkout the classic gaming console with numerous original vintage Nintendo games. That’s right try your hand at the original Mario Bros 1, 2 &3, Zelda, Donkey Kong, Kirby, Punchout and many more!

High Speed internet is included FREE and enjoy each of the Roku enabled TVs where you can add any of your favorite streaming apps. There are also numerous FREE channels provided on each TV and the home has some assorted board/card games too!

Comfortably accommodates 4 adults but kids are welcome too! There is a folding portable crib, upon request, for any little ones that may be traveling with you. A limited amount of toilet paper, toiletries and paper towels are supplied (enough for 2-4 days depending on guest count). Property is fenced in with open access to large common driveway.

Just 25 minutes from Hickory and Gastonia, 40min drive to CLT International airport & 9min drive to Combine Academy. There are multiple festivals through out the summer in downtown including Alive After 5 concert series and the ever popular Apple Festival.

You can choose from several different complimentary coffee blends for the Keurig or there is also a standard drip style Coffee maker. The home has some laundry detergent, various soaps, shampoo, body wash and conditioner included as well.

There are Integrated USB A&C charging ports through out the home. If you are traveling with an Electric Vehicle there is a Level 2 Tesla EV Charger available for use during your stay. The charger uses the NACS style plug.
