The Space:
Located right at the base of South Peak, this luxury-style condo is the ideal space for a getaway. Enjoy the home's open-plan living space and take in the mountain views from the unit's private patio. This one-bedroom space sleeps 4 people comfortably with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a queen "Murphy-style" bed, which pulls down from the wall in the living room. Rejuvenate after a day of hiking or skiing in the two beautiful full bathrooms, or relax in the private jet tub. The home features a full kitchen, completely stocked with all kitchen appliances and necessities. Enjoy the sunrise over the mountains, while sipping on coffee from the complimentary coffee bar!

If you are visiting to ski, this "can't-beat" location provides shuttle service to and from Loon Mountain and South Peak bases, as well as ski storage for guests! Relax after a day on the slopes in the resort's heated indoor pool, or soothe your sore muscles in the hot tub! Enjoy a restful night's sleep in the condo's comfortable beds, with fresh linens, sheets, and all other essentials provided.

Guest Access:
Guests can check in and access the condo through the hotel’s main entrance using a code provided on the day of arrival, which also grants access to all hotel amenities. Located on the first floor, guests have access to the private walk-out patio, private one bedroom, and 2 private bathrooms.

PARKING:
There is ample parking available in the resort parking lot. Guests should provide vehicle information to the host, who will reserve parking spaces before arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Located right on the Pemi River, there are plenty of walking, hiking, and cross country trails to explore. Explore the 2 mile private walking trail with access to the Pemi River and get a glimpse of the beautiful homes on South Peak! Within steps, you can be at the restaurants, bars, and shops on Main Street in Lincoln.

1.5 miles to Clarks Trading Post
10 minute drive to the Flume Gorge and Franconia Notch and Whales Tail Water Park
5 Minutes to Loon Gondola and Base Camps

Getting Around:
Guests have access to free parking in the large parking lot located at the resort. During the winter months, the resort provides guests with shuttle service, to and from the Loon Mountain and South Peak bases. This shuttle can be reserved at the Front Desk at the Resort.

The town of Lincoln also offers a shuttle service, The Shuttle Connection, which can be reserved by guests for rides downtown to restaurants, bars, shopping, and more. The rate for the Shuttle Connection is $6/person. Please note, this shuttle service is Cash Only. Information on how to reserve this shuttle is listed in the Welcome Book provided.
