We had an issue with our T.V.'s upon arrival. We contacted management and it took 1 1/2 hours to remedy the problem. The manager made it right by knocking off one night. Front desk-check-in lady was not welcoming. The manager also stated that this is a budget motel and not a mid-level motel. The room was clean, and this time had COLD air conditioning. A previous stay our air conditioning did not work and we have had other problems with this motel All problems reported were fixed in a timely manner Next time we come to Lincoln, we may find a new place to stay. If you need a place just to rest and don't mind some problems stay here. If you want quality, friendly staff, and no problems, stay somewhere else.

Nice Motel! Staff are friendly and helpful. Nice place to rest.

Excellent for the price and would be happy to stay here again. Lots to complain about if you are that kind of person, but if you look on the bright side, it's a winner. Pros: great attitude at desk and from staff, easy to find and park, safe area, pet friendly renovations with neat floors, cheap suites with 2 tvs (one small), fruit is available most of the day/night, indoor pool ok, hangers that come free, sink outside bathroom ... Cons: as usual for a cheap hotel, other guests not so fancy, pillows a bit thin, walls are thin, jacuzzi was out, bathroom a bit cramped, hole where shower curtain rail mounts, one bed bite (often much worse at pet friendly hotels). Not a destination, but I have no problems recommending this place!

Evening staff was great, the morning staff not so much.

Really dirty...outdated. Toilet kept running and no room to move around the bed.

This hotel was a great deal for 60$ Nice staff. Lovely pool. Very clean and new Wished the bed was more posh but still better than expected for this price

We stayed for almost a whole month. The maintance man came in on his day off to replace a light bulb in our bathroom. Other staff were helpful in many ways.

The room had been remodeled. No carpet made it even cleaner. The staff were very nice. Close to University of Nebraska.

Bathroom was plugged right from start. Ac didnt work called the office they send they would send someone. No one came. Left window open but too much light was in so hard to sleep. Pillows were crap.

New hotel, good (perhaps a bit limited though) breakfast. Pets are free. It was nice and quiet, and a very good value for the money.

After driving for 3 days, we were looking for a comfortable place to rest. This hotel far surpassed our expectations. Awesome value for a huge, comfortable room with king size bed. Pool and hottub area was quiet and peaceful, would definitely stay here again!

As we made various trips between Lincoln, Crete, and Wilber, easier access to interstate 80 would have been of greater benefit.

I believe the front decks man name was George, super nice and helpful dude. He told us a good selection of restaurants around. The room was typical 3 star hotel room. No mini fridge which kinda sucked. We slept fantastic though. That was probably because we had driven 16 hours and slept in our car the day before. Not a bad place over all. Wasn't a fan of the Christain sermon playing on the TV at breakfast. But it's the Bible Belt, what do you expect?

I needed a room for one night in Lincoln. I booked this hotel after reading reviews and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the experience. The rooms are clean and have lovely furnishings. For the price, it can't be beat.

Room was very nice as was the cleaniness of room and bathroom. Very comfortable to say the least. Gaining access to the Internet was confusing due to lack of full instructions for access using a PC. The instructions failed to say Call up your browser and call in Red Roof Inn Lincoln before you can sign-in with parameters supplied by the Main Desk. As a result, had to go down to the desk and inquire as to how to get in to the Internet. The IPad gained access quickly and w/o added instruction. Food selection for breakfast was adequate, but lacked fruit dishes and other protein selections. What was offered was good.

This was one of the worse experiences I have had with a hotel. It start off by my reservation being messed up at check in. The two desk clerks arguing in front of me and my son. No shampoo all 5 nights because order did not come in. Ran out of towels. Twos day NO towels, bathtub spicket shot off and hit my son in leg while taking a shower, We had no shower for two days. Remote did not work and several pieces in gym did not work. As I checked out there was another lady complaining . Instead of being apologetic the clerk, Pam, was rude to her then rude to me. Never ever will I stay at a Red Roof. Inn Again. Told Manager to call me. We will see what they do. They need to teach their staff customer service.

I recommend this hotel for the money is a good hotel with very friendly staff. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast was a little poor but average. The hotel is located in a very good neighborhood. The only negative aspect of the hotel is that allow pets and it was so disgusting to see dogs around the breakfast area. I don't know if the hotel have rooms dedicated to customers with pets, the same way that the smoking and non smoking rooms.

Hotel was clean. Staff was exceptionally friendly. They went out of their way to get us info about available transportation to and from Memorial Stadium. This was the first of many visits to watch our son play football. Will definitely stay here again.

The room was alternately too cold or too warm, they could not give us the same room for two nights stay because the "computer wouldn't let them." Food was adequate but room cleanliness was lacking.

The host was very personable, friendly and made our stay better. The shortcoming is the fact that the pool and hottub were being remodeled and this was a must-have feature for our visit. We were unaware of the remodel at time of booking (I would have booked elsewhere had I known the pool us not available) We took advantage of a pool down the road (owned by the same property), but it was not the experience we aimed to encounter.

I apologize for the bad experience you had with us, I assure you that we try to make all of our guest happy regardless of the price. We try to control the noise levels and are working hard on getting the Jacuzzi back in working order. Being a pet friendly hotel we make sure we deep clean pet rooms after the guest have checked out, but sometimes a flea or 2 stay behind. We do treat the rooms for ticks, fleas, and other bugs multiple times per year.
